You can tell Bobbie was not too thrilled with Madonna's new film Body of Evidence. Bobbie will usually speak at great length about a film to the star she is interviewing. But you can tell Bobbie is trying to be diplomatic in her references to Madonna's film. Madonna did not get good press about this film as her acting was referred to as stilted and lifeless.
I got the sense that Madonna felt like she was speaking to her mother or her teacher when speaking to Bobbie which I think is the reason the interview felt very organic. She seemed to be very comfortable during the interview.
This is such a great interview because Bobby asked such good questions, remaining respectful but didn't kiss Madonna's ass like so many interviewers do. I also love this Madonna - where she is kind, grounded, forthcoming, thoughtful and relaxed. Her more recent interviews are cringeworthy.
Damn, she was super hot in this movie! Madonna, everything is said. I have her poster from the movie in my room, so... Kinda brings me back in 90s where I have no clue how was back then but I can imagine my father at my age having all those posters Jordan, Rodman, Madonna, Red Hot Chilli Peppers etc
I'm guessing the footage of just the star and then just of the interviewer are cut together for the use of the local news channels like in Bobbie's case Texas.

Oh yeah, of course. We are able to go outside to the streets. Obviously. What's the difference between them and us? Bobbie Wygant is a great listener. She knows when to be quiet and just let the guest talk. Refreshing.
She looked absolutely perfect here. Those freaking eyes!!
You can tell that Madonna feels VERY comfortable with Bobbie. I bet Madonna was reminded of her favorite teacher as a child.

Great Madonna interview - she is always very honest, but clearly has a great rapport with the interviewer.

Madonna can be notoriously difficult in interviews. I'm glad to see that she's so calm and friendly here. She did go on tour again after this.
Indeed she did and it was a great tour

I love her in this movie BUT she was even better, much better in "Dangerous Game" (1993) - her greatest acting to date!
