Since starting out in 2008, Cad & The Dandy have grown to become the largest tailor on Savile Row, whilst quietly remaining the sartorial gent’s best kept secret. In an intimate, inconspicuous showroom, Cad & the Dandy achieves such notoriety by creating a wide range of bespoke suits, shirts, trousers and coats for an eclectic clientele that stretches from students to royalty.
Cad & the Dandy has two workshops and showrooms in London, the larger of which is located on the world renowned Savile Row, the other is at the heart of the City on Birchin Lane. In each of these premises the hand-crafted tradition of cutting and making has been put front-of-house and on display to share with and inform customers as to the art of tailoring.
At the pinnacle of what Cad & the Dandy does is the handmade bespoke suit; the mainstay of the company and the true essence of Savile Row tailoring. For some customers the journey from a high-street or off-the-peg suit to a bespoke tailored one is a gradual process. With this in mind, Cad & the Dandy also offer half-handmade and machine sewn suit options, catering to most budgets and making the path to a bespoke suit accessible to a far wider range of clients.
Cad & the Dandy uses cloths from Britain’s finest merchants who are the envy of woollen producers worldwide. These master weavers and finishers supply an eclectic array of designs from classic to more contemporary styles, providing a broad price range to give the customer a multitude of design options.
