I follow the below as I am also often tired and bored of 365 day cooking.1) can definitely have outside food once in a while
2) can have easier options oats/cornfalkes/bread omelete/noodles / sathumaavu kanji for breakfast or dinner
3) can have the same food prepared during lunch for breakast/dinner
4) can have kid more than 13 year old to prepare tea/coffee and saturday breakfast and lunch. They can prepare some easy rice recipe and simple veg

Getting food outside is an option when you're sick or tired or have to do deep cleaning. Once in a week is also fine for food not junk ones, if it suits your budget. Don't worry, if you are okay to eat outside. Noone can see what we are undergoing. Leave those sort of comments.
We need change atleast monthly once. We can't cook Daily. Try to prepare in the weekends milagu kuzhambu and Dangar pachidi ( ulluthamavu) , you can cook rice in the morning and mix this kuzhambu and make appalam. One day prepare thogayal and subzi. Easy way of cooking. Don't worry about negative comments. Its all our wish. Take care

My parents and in la are very cautious in food all 3 times they will do home cook only but still they will also monthly once or twice will prefer to go out with everyone or order different food outside and eat , enjoy. My mom's also a working woman so we order food from outside quite often since she returns home exhausted. I don't usually complain about it. It's totally normal and okay to order food from outside as long as it's in moderation and is stomach friendly. The person who spread hate was perhaps jealous seeing a strong woman like you earning and being independent enough to order food without having to ask someone for money or consult someone.
