- Rick changes the tunnel on an Arctic Cat snowmobile after the tunnel crushed from trying to lift the sled out of a hole. He wrapped the new tunnel in carbon fibre and the rivets he used can be found here:

What kind of mount do you have holding on your tunnel bag? Possibly do a video on the bag and mounting system?
Rails come from Mountain Magic , and I believe we DO have a vid on that ? I will double check !

do older secondary clutches with a key way just slide on a tapperd shaft. 86 polaris star 250cc(440) mod sled DIRECT DRIVE(no chain case)
yup , but shaft is not tapperd
@@DIGIT9 thanks ill just keep hitting it with a hammer lol and use heat and PB blaster. i got other parts to put on just need to get the broke shit off.

Ya sometimes those older Secondary’s get rusted onto the jack shaft ! Lots of lubricant !
@@DIGIT9 lol OH YEAH i got it off today. SUPER RUSTY! got the clutch to at least 180 degrees started comeing off with lots of lube. then was hitting the clutch with a rubber mallet (while prying on it with a bar) and hit a hole right in it. its fucked. but i got a spare parts sled with almost everything lol

Thanks a ton for this Video, lost 2 cats off a trailer last year to a broken hitch....shot "em into the ditch By Melfort SK. end of last year. had to rebuild 2 tunnels and woulda been killing myself if not for this one so really appreciate the work you guys do!!
