At this point or even weeks ago…Brian’s parents should have been treated as hostile participants in their Son’s so called “disappearance.”

Absolutely not (deceased that is) and this is the reason why the Laundries don't give two s**** about reacting to Gabby's death and murder and Brian's supposed missing status. If they say to the Laundries that they found a body consistent to the description of Brian Laundrie is the only way that these parents would bat an eyelash. They would think to themselves, "Umm....I just spoke to him yesterday after I wired him some funds while he's in hiding."

I don't believe he is a survivalist. He may enjoy camping in a van but he's not capable of living off the land. Appalachian Trail hikers don't do that, either. They get provisions in towns off the trail. They carry water filters to get drinking water from springs or streams but that's all. They're not killing and eating squirrels or foraging for berries. He's holed up somewhere and his parents are helping him.

Yes exactly. I wish he was arrested on Aug 12th. Might have stopped this trip and Gabby would have been forced to call her parents then. And also that other incident at the Merry Piglets. Laundrie guy threw a fit in that restaurant. Other customers said so. Too bad cops weren't called then.
They did a wellness checkup and she admitted to being the main aggressor in the situation. If anyone would been arrested it would been her. People may not like the fact but her own statements followed by at least one witness has her hitting him in either arms or head. On top of that she admits to hitting Brian while driving down the road. While driving would be considered that Brian was defenseless, as the focal point would be to drive. Whatever happen later in terms of her homicide is pretty much speculation at this point , but despite media and certain groups are trying to dictate the drama in this case, she was definitely abusive through her ability to control her anxiety.
Police couldn't arrest him that day cause Gabby was the main aggressor..

He’s not a suspect. He’s a sole person of interest. Why in the world has he not been named a suspect?
It has to do with them not charging him for murder yet, I think, and they haven't charged him with murder yet because once he's indicted there's a limited amount of time to bring him to trial. By charging him for fraud for withdrawing money from her account after killing her, a federal charge (the murder charge would be a state charge, from my understanding from legal expert channels), that fraud charge allows for a nationwide manhunt with the FBI involved. Everyone and their mother, every law enforcement officer, everyone working in the justice system, every member of the public who hasn't been living under a rock, knows that this guy is wanted for murder. It's just unofficial for strategic reasons.

Yes I think the police department knows they blew it on this one. They probably dismissed it like like do most missing person reports thinking nothing will come of it, and this one blew up in their face.
In my opinion the only thing the police did wrong was to assume that he was inside the
family home when they located the van at which time they never laid eyes on him, & the
parents told them they needed to speak with their attorney. From that point forward, I
believe they indeed thought he was in the home up until the parents declared him to be
missing.
I don't know if there was some legal way to get inside the home to confirm he was there
but if there was & they failed to do so, that's where they failed miserably. If he left before
the van was found, he slipped away before they knew anything about Gabby being missing.
If he left AFTER the fact, then yes, they let him slip away especially if they didn't have eyes
on the house. The parents (who I don't believe anything they say) claim he DROVE their
vehicle to the swamp. If there were eyes on the house, they should have seen when that
happened & if so, could have followed him. With that said, I really don't believe that story
about the swamp.
Up until that point, he still wasn't officially named a person of interest until the 15th so I
have my doubts they were watching the house. The spokesperson for North Port police
claimed they KNEW where he was, but that was an obvious lie meant to reassure those
following the case. I wished that the NPPD would have admitted they didn't have solid
evidence that he was in the house but they didn't. I continue to hold out hope that they
will eventually locate him & that maybe they know more than we think possibly even in
the process of staking out various places connected to the family.
He needs food, but he doesn’t need a shower. If he’s up on the Appalachian Trail, it’s gonna start getting very, very cold, very soon.

I've also heard that once someone is officially named as a suspect, their lawyers/attorneys must be allowed access to their case file/all of the evidence against them - so because Brian is still at large (and God only knows when his whereabouts might finally be discovered), the last thing that the FBI/law enforcement/etc would want is for Brian's legal team to acquire all of that information in an attempt to use it to THEIR advantage

Brian and his parents had a LOT of time to plan, and they knew Brian would be on the lam for a long time. No way is he living outdoors with winter coming on. He is residing comfortably with a family friend or relative. That is why they haven’t included Cassie; they know she would rat them out.
The area around where the Appalachian Trail starts has mile high mountains and I've seen -12 F in winter three miles from the start of the trail. (-24 C). There are caves in the area, and the snakes all know it. I would be most interested to know more about the lawyer flying to Orlando to meet with the dirty Laundries,.....private plane? The lawyer told the family to say nothing to anybody, when Cassie decided to give an interview to tourists, she cast herself as a loose cannon.

As someone who lives in Florida and hikes, it's impossible for anyone to last this long in the wilderness. The mosquitoes/bugs would drive him insane, it's often flooded which would make it very hard to maneuver and easy to track, the humidity here is ridiculous, snakes/gators, it wouldn't just be uncomfortable for this amount of time, it would be impossible. Not to mention food/drinkable water would be an issue.
As a mother, I would be worried about my son I wouldn't be able to eat or sleep or even think straight knowing that my son is missing. Now unless I knew where he was and that he was okay that's a different story. They do know where he is in there hiding him well. They should be held just as accountable!

They should look at their bank transactions to see if a big sum had been removed around the times he was back home. Even if there’s no transactions it doesn’t mean it’s not true still, it would just be helpful proving it did, but we all know they could have had cash stashed in the home.

I find it strange, most people don’t have them, still never know, but that’s a lot of work if you don’t think any of your family members would even need to be on the run, or they’d need to hide so bad as to build a shelter to just hide in, unless of course it’s for tornadoes. Idk I think police would have noticed something too. Plus there’s so much light on him, it’s dangerous for him to stay there with cameras and media circling, police being close by, along with the fact that they left with what neighbors have described as an excessive amount of luggage to go on that suspicious camping trip with him. He couldn’t run around with a ton of luggage, that’s why I believe he went to a safe spot away from home, the furthest the better.
@@Za7a7aZ It's hard to build basement in Florida, it's even harder on Tempa Bay, unlike anywhere else in the US, Florida have a soft sandy ground and prone to flooding. Which is not ideal to build a basement on.
Not saying it can't happened, anything could happen if you have enough money, you can reinforce the soil with gravel or asphalt, and build them with re-bar and concrete with a working drainage system, but all those cost money, if they build it that way, it will probably cost more than the house itself (North Port home are about $160,000-200,000) I don't think the Laundrie is that rich, or they won't be living in North Port.

He had more than a week before he was officially Declared a suspect. He had plenty of time to leave the country. Yet they all search for him at the place his (non cooperative) parents told police he went for a hike. That doesn't make sense.

Ok folks I’m gonna break this down one more time…. He is not in the USA.. he is either in Cuba or Mexico…. Here is why I feel this way… the day he came home they wanted to go on a camping trip… the camp grounds they went to are right next to Tampa bay that goes straight into Gulf of Mexico… they canceled their first camping trip on the 1st and rescheduled for the 6th… I think his parent chartered a boat.. for some reason the boat could not make it on the 1st…so they went on the 6th.. the sister even said the whole family as there… this was not so much as a camping trip.. but a goodbye…boat came got him… took him to Mexico or Cuba … I’m betting Cuba …. Now if someone could get a court order to check the financial records and see if any huge sums of money as taken out… that would be a smoking gun so to speak…but no way he’s still in this country…also you have to think about the rule of 3 … 3 minutes without air .. 3 hours without shelter…... 3 days without water…… he didn’t carry enough water “ fresh drinkable water “ to survive for more then 3 days …. The last part is 3 weeks without food.. if he was in that reserve.. he would have to hunt for food… which means he would have to cook it .. and that means fire… that would have been seen day or night…. He’s not here.. he’s sipping drinks on a beach in Cuba…

I read somewhere that he has an uncle with a boat or boat business. So that’s a possibility. The parents could have had a lot of cash in a safe at home. They could have gotten money to the attorney for him. They were planning before he had a warrant. Those drinking straws are available to survivalist etc.. I’m sure he’d have one of those or gotten one. Freeze dried foods & MRE’s are in many campers storage. He and gabby may have had some of those as well. He’d been camping for several months at a time in the past; all of those things he’d be aware of, even if leaving the country by boat.

Also, we should keep in mind that police resources are limited and it perhaps makes more sense to do an in depth search of one area, rather than a shallow search of multiple areas. Moreover, the police probably know more than we know. And if they focus on one geographical area, then there might be a good reason for it. We don't know that.

I have been saying from the jump that BL is on The Appalachian Trail!!! I am familiar with the TN/NC portion myself, and I am the most unoutdoorsey person you will ever meet, yet I lived right next to it my entire life!!! It is basically my backyard. I could survive on it if I had to. So for BL to have been on it before, and be as familiar with it as he is claimed to be, AND it is known to be one of his favorite spots... tells me that he feels confident to be on it and be fine. What lots of folks don't realize about the trail is that there are TONS of little backwoods towns that are part if the entry points into the area. The whole trail itself is huge, but when you get into the spots like the ones I am in, someone could easily pop in and out of the little areas I speak of, completely undetected for supplies and such if needed. The 3 little towns nearby me that I can think of off the top of my head, are so backwoods, that the little general stores and such are ran by people that do not pay one bit of attention to news or social media. All BL would have to do is wear a hat and a mask anyways, and people wouldn't pay any attention even if they knew about it!?! Beyond all of that tho, the area is a place where there are lots of natural spring water sources. And there are even old hunting cabins and such from decades back to hide in. He could be somewhere completely sheltered with no worries in this world. It hasn't even began to get cold around here yet. Even at night it hasn't gotten below 50° Fahrenheit yet!!! I am telling yall... it would be way easier for him to survive in a spot in The Appalachian Trail than it would to survive in the swamplands of Florida somewhere. He had plenty of time to get a headstart to get to any of the trails entry points he would have wanted to. And he could even have help. He could have someone meeting him every once and a while to bring him extra supplies without him even having to go into contact with other public at the little stores nearby. I wholeheartedly feel that he is on that trail somewhere. If he is not, then he has a friend or distant family member keeping him holed up somewhere... and if the heat was to get hot and them figure out where he is, that trail will still be the end result place he goes to. The only other thing I can think of is this... I don't know much about his other family members, such as how his Mom and Dad are in regards to "survivalist" behaviors... but I have heard that they have over 10,000 acres in their name... what if they have a survival bunker built somewhere on their land that is completely prestocked!?! These are the types of things that need to be looked into instead of wasting time, effort, money and resources on the damn swamplands!!!
