Hi Dale. I have never eaten pepper roti but I have seen a lot of it on UA-cam. The easier way to pick it up would have been to roll it up in the rolling pin and place it on the tawa: that way it wouldn't stretch, but you did a good job nonetheless. Shivani, the filling is the potatoes, just boil and crush, we added some carrots and cheese and season the potatoes with shadow beni, garlic, onion, pimentos and salt....
