These messages are usually 0100 (some schemes do use 0200). Current (old PIN) is stored in DE52. New PIN data is sent in DE125 (for MasterCard, DE120 for RuPAY.

Its "Credit Management System" (or sometimes "Card Management System"). Usually where the Account/Embosser records reside. It is the System of Record.
