Covering the foals eyes helps the squeeze work better. It’s an amazing “rebirth” technique.
Almost seems like you could design a device that simulates the birth canal. It could have a feature to it that tightens and squeezes around the foal like those massage chairs we have that tighten around our ankles and legs. Have someone on one end to pass the foal through and someone on the other end pulling the feet and send it through slowly while the device pressure grips around the foals body to simulate the pressure of going through the birth canal. The pads could be heated and have an outer covering of removable plastic or silicone that you could put a lubrication on to make it possible to pull the foal through while the pressure was on. It could be more effective than a rope. Its worth mentioning to veterinary medicine and device design engineers.
Beautiful ! ... I feel better now . Good people .
strange editing ...great technique
Thank you, fascinating and beautiful, too.
The Madagascar squeeze. Or something like that
.thank God their vet knew what to do.
Thank you for showing this. I sure hope it helps other people and their horses.
