I have one qouestion. Hot dip galvanised later, in cold water for cool metal. After galvanised metal on the acid drop stain. How you rust acid drop?

Looking help from experienced people in Hot galvanise
We have started Hot Galvanise process in San Luis Potosi, Mexico and are having many troubles in getting the perfect final product. sometimes either zinc is getting burnt or sometimes the finishing is not coming properly. We know that we are missing many things to make it work.
Is any there anyone who could help us with this? Help will be much appreciated!

operator is not waring his safety gear and smoking cigarette while doing his job!!! I think he need to hands to operate this machine!! Nobody it waring proper safety gear!!!
SIRIO supply the galvanizing plant and we supply galvanizing plant with all the safety device for the operators.
If the operator that work on the plant is not waring his safety gear and smoking cigarettes it is a problem of the Customer.

THANKS FOR SHARING THIS VIDEO , I HAVE A HIGH CARBON W BEAMS THICKNESS 2.6 MM , .WE GALVANIZE THIS W BEAM ON 440 CENTEGIRATE TEMPRATURE . AFTER GALVANIZE ZINC COATING COMING MORE THAN 200 MICRON AND ROUGHNESS TOO MUCH AND SURFACE NOT SMOOTH .I NEED YOUR HELP TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

Very slow.our plant expects 32 dips per 9 hour shift
Yes, it is very slow to make the video but normally this plant make 4 dips per hour, so 36 dips per 9 hour shift 😉!!
