I ended up in bed with my gf's twin. It was very awkward and of course she didn't believe it was an honest mistake. Apparently he doesn't look anything like her 🤷😂

Sadly Mike, To be a Cockney you need to have been born within the sound of Bow Bells. They are the church bells of St.Mary Le Bow in London's Cheapside.. which is in the East End of the City of London. Ah well, at least you can strut like Micky. Love your reactions.... they always leave me wirth a smile on my face... thank you for being two lovely human beings...
@rnw2739 Nope, we say it as we see it. We in the north are intelligent , interesting people who don't mince their words or tolerate fools. You, Sir, are obviously a fool!
I just got forced to subscribe because I now can’t watch comedy without the comforting sound of Jess laughing all the way through it, and I’ve only been watching them for a week
Really nice to see you guys got all the jokes. Smart, honest, happy people reacting is so nice to see. Never stop making these, you guys are really good at it.
Fuck, never mind Sarah Millican, it’s the first time anyone from the North East has been called posh; we’ll have to have a parade or something to celebrate haha.
A Cockney is someone born in East London, within earshot of the Bow bells. In the rest of the country we tend to generalise it to anyone born in London.
Or even anyone from 'Down South'; I was born in St Albans, Hertfordshire, lived in London until 7yrs, then spent the next 12 years growing up in Cornwall. I now live in Manchester and was called a Cockney by a local... I politely educated him! 😐 -x-
I've got to say, of all the react channels I've seen, yours has got to be the best, always giving credit to original content and genuine reactions... Thanks for the entertainment from Wrexham, UK xx
Hi Guys. Love your reactions, Boots is a retail store that started as a pharmacy and, over the years, grew into a bigger store that sells loads of stuff like children's clothes, perfumes, small selection of food stuffs, sandwiches and soft drinks, baby carriages, haircare products and more. In the past it was an easy entry to sales etc. Absolutely that's never a put down just a fact of life. Stay safe you two.
Cockney rhyming slang is a whole language of its own - there are videos of it....I'd love to see you react to one and see how you get on translating it!!!😅
1) A cockney is a working-class person from east London, tradtitionally born within the sound of Bow Bells (which you may know from the children´s song "Oranges and lemons"). Outside London, and especially in the north of England, it is used to describe anyone from London, or even anyone from south-east England (the area which surrounds London). 2) Mike, as we always used to say at school: Nice haircut! When are you getting it finished off?
I am now addicted to your wonderful channel. I'm looking back at your many vlogs and watching every one. I thought I'd tell you that the winner of BGT, is now being asked to perform in the U.S. as well as her major role in a London West End Musical. She is a star.
Another great reaction to Micky Flanagan. BTW I am going to see him in central London at the end of October. He's currently on tour. Looking forward to it! 😅
Mike - at 50 seconds in, I paused it to let that sink in a little, and found myself imagining watching your channel in an alternate universe where Jess is a Cockney from London, how that laugh might have changed just a tad and the strong Bri-ish accent (inbetween sips of tea); but then I came back to this reality and carried on the video :D Cheers guys, fantastic as always!
you have to do al murray " why the British are undefeated world war champions " I assumed you would get there or it be requested but thought id drop it in ! keep up the good work guys you are both amazing!
When I started secondary school (high school) and I was around 11, there was a ginger girl in my tutor class who had a twin sister. Thought I saw her later on , so I gave an excitable greeting and I got the biggest look from this girl like who the hell are you? I didn't even know about the twin so I was like what just happened? A year later though I was dating that one so she came around in the end 😂
He's great, brilliant at Stand Up, great on panel shows, just a naturally funny guy. Great reaction as always, I'm really hoping you can get back to Rhod Gilbert soon, Anger Management and Bedding are so good but all of his are funny. Shower Gels is also superb and some are short enough to combine into one reaction.
Oh dear!🤣Cockney from Liverpool? A Cockney is East End London,a Scouser is from Liverpool. Many will be upset I'm sure,I don't care,I'm miles away from both of them🤣✌️
Love watching you two. Try watching some female british artists like AMY WINEHOUSE, LISA STANDSFIELD or 1960s DUSTY SPRINGFIELD. Think you would love them
Women when ranting don't want rational logical solutions they just want validation that whatever nonsense they are spouting is the worst thing that ever happened.
A couple of recommendations now we are nearing your elections, "Frankie Boyles American Autopsy" and "Stewart Lee; Brexit v Trump". Frankie's video was recorded on the night that Trump was elected in 2016. Watch it right through. The final monologue is hilarious. Stewarts video is a clip from his stage show and shows how alike Britons and Americans are. This is also hilarious.
A cockney is someone born within the area of the sounding of the Bow bells in east London which before the conurbation of the area could be heard about 7 miles away, now only a mile or so on a good day, but someone born in the general/original area can still call themselves a true cockney, but anyone in the east of London will consider themselves a cockney especially if they have the accent, swagger and knowledge of the area.
For our North American friends. Cockney=Londoner and yes as a 70-year-old Londoner born at The Elephant and Castle who moved to this house on the edge of S E London and Kent in 1983,I DO know about the significance of The Bow Bells. lol COYL.

Regards from Kevin in England 🏴
The definition of a Cockney is someone born within the sound of Bow Bells (an area of East London). They are renowned for speaking in 'Cockney Rhyming Slang', so you might have heard Mickey using a bit of it in his videos - eg. 'Syrup' is from Syrup of Fig = Wig / 'Butchers' is from Butchers Hook = Look ... there are lots of them, and rhyming slang has been picked up by the wider population, so you might hear it anywhere in London and even beyond.
A cockneey is someone born within the sound of the Bow Bells in East London. Many people are "Eastenders" as they were born in East London but are not true Cockneys. Ny Dad was a true Cockney.
What a great reveal about Mike and the twin sister 😂😂. Now you’re getting used to Micky Flanagan, and Al Murray, maybe you’re getting close to watching Jimmy Carr. Jimmy gets a lot of oohs and aaahs with his jokes because the content is from an area other comedians fear to go. A Cockney is someone traditionally born in east London, within hearing of Bow Bells. The bells are in St Mary-le-bow church. The cockney accent, like Micky’s, is wider spread in London than just that area. ❤
Hiya ,a strict definition of a Cockney is someone born within earshot of the church bells of " Saint Mary Le Bow " in Cheapside in l London ❤❤Ps the spelling is correct.
Don't worry about mistaken butt identity mate. At the place my girlfriend & I worked at we all wore the same uniform & there was a manager who looked exactly like me from the back. My GF sneaked up behind him & grabbed his arse. He turned around in shock & she realised the mistake. Luckily he saw the funny side of it but my GF was so embarrassed. When she told me I honestly thought I was going to have a heart attack I laughed so much & my legs collapsed from under me.
Peter Kay compilation is great he gives his views on some top songs. And his version of the words.same film was a series with his girlfriend thinking dogging was walking a dog. On UA-cam
My grandparents were true cockney, and I remember the pearly kings and queens as a young boy visiting. All gone now, traditions forgotten about. I remember Carnaby street when it was bouncing and petticoat lane, and my grandfather asking a cabbie, to take the back and doubles. I bet no one in London knows what the back and doubles means.

Spot on Micky.
The 'home owner' part always gets me. I know it's coming every time I see it, but it still buckles me. 😂😂😂
