You measure it from your body. The shape from your shoulder to the widest part of your hips.. the numbers usually ranges from 25-30 depending on height, figure etc
Please how many did you fold the fabric into, it should be 4 since you're cutting the front and back together,but in kind of confused cus it looks like you folded into just 2

Rub machine oil on the satin part and sew. It’s the gum that makes it difficult to sew
What's the name of the Gum you used to attach the feathers
B-600 or something like that. Alternatively, you can put machine oil on the feathers top, it makes it easy to sew

Yes it was folded into 2.. but it’s two fabric
I folded into 2 placed it on the table, folded another one into two and placed on the first one
