Ingredients:
1.5 lbs pork shoulder
3 cups beans
1/2 cup vegetable oil
salt, pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
2 bay leaves
2 qt water
3 tbsp flour

2 medium onions
2 medium carrots
