Dear Rainy, You always ask such thoughtful questions. I love the way your brain works. I feel like they provoke such authentic answers that help us really see and understand the person you are “interviewing” or whatever you would call it. Grateful we get to hear more of you. ❤
OMG I love Nick, this was so interesting. You should invite him back! He always talks about intersting things and his vibe is so relaxing and fascinating.
I’m really curious how doing these podcasts and having external jobs works for Maggie and Matt. Are they also paid employees of second try? Have they scheduled podcast filming around work days off or have they built their work schedule off of filming schedules? I’m so interested in how they manage both!!
none of the partners are employees of second try, they’ve said previously they’re independent contractors and get paid for appearances. i know for matt at least he had mentioned that he switched into working in real estate and no longer has set work hours.
"Shout-out to Miles! Friend of the channel." That made me laugh; I love Nick's energy, and this was both a wonderfully mellow yet incredibly informative entry.
Sorta adjacent to taxidermy, there are people who will ask an artist to craft a figure of their pet with their fur. Since all the try guys have pets, maybe they can learn needle felting and make small versions of their cats and dogs hair obtained from grooming.
wait but taxidermy would be so cool if the guys are down for it!! Emily Graslie was the host of a UA-cam channel titled The Brain Scoop that did taxidermy and presented it in a really good way
i always love getting to hear from the try team, nick and rachel have such interesting stories and experiences to talk about. especially because i know nothing about their line of work so i appreciated that rainy asked to define what a producer does. idk if you guys will read this comment 4 days after this episode was posted but here's my pitch :D 1. if you want to make a video about death that is respectfully done, you could work with ask a mortician? but i'm sure you already know about her. 2. as a trans guy i loved the topic masculinity video with keith and eugene. maybe a video similar to the gay makeover video but where the try guys teach trans guys guy stuff? i would love that and i know you guys would make it wholesome.
Omg I loved that you all did the tattoo video!! I’m a tattoo artist and I basically grew up through my teens with the try guys (from the 🐝 days), so it was really cool to see the guys show my craft some love! I’ve lectured at some high schools as well and it’s just so exciting how many young people view it as collecting art, and seeing all the love for that video too was so awesome
I absolutely adore everyone! Although I miss A, it may be fun to have all to do an episode w just a quick fire advice from each for an anniversary or holiday. 🥰
Nick, you being a food critic wasn't a secret!! You told everyone when you judged w/o a recipe... Anyways, Our house was just finished and we moved a few mos ago to Menifee (right outside Temecula), haven't found any good places to eat (though haven't looked too hard), would love any recs for the Temecula area, any kind of food, and if ANYONE knowS a good place for desserts, I can't find fresh Macarons anywhere, and I'd drive 20 or 30miles for some good macarons that are made fresh in house. PS. This is Not JUST directed at Nick) but I doubt anyone else knows the Temecula area, esp food, surprised he does, I lived less than an hour from here for 30yrs growing up and spending my 20s in Chino Hills, and never been here except for a wine tasting)
I loved the tattoo episode as well - Actually, about 6 months later, I got a new one as close as I could to a tattoo Zach wore! And I love it - so thanks Nick!

I was thinking and about the post the same thing. Rainy is wonderful.
OMG I love Nick, this was so interesting. You should invite him back! He always talks about intersting things and his vibe is so relaxing and fascinating.
First the podcast at Eugene's house, then this one. I swear we are being feddddd, love!!!!! 💗💗

I think Maggie probably works longer days but fewer days in a week (like 12 hours a shift 3-4 times a week)
I love Nick! Anytime he graces us with his presence in front of the camera is a gift.
The 2nd Try family seems like a great working environment. Blessings everyone.
Suzy Berhow, whose husband is Arin from Game Grumps, is an insect taxidermist! invite her for a video! she taught the Game Grumps how to do it
This was so delightful! Please bring Nick back!
Kudos to whomever came through with the Philz coffee!!!
Love this. Also is there ycswu merch?!!!!
Not right now. There used to be about 2 years ago. There was a phone case and I think a mug.
I LOVE NICK
Bring back Try Moms!! ❤🥹🙏
is it just me or has the audio version on spotify been janky lately??
Agreed
LOVED The Nick and Rachel video on second try and now NICK ON THE YCSWU POD??? YAY
This honestly is the most positive workplace and group of coworkers I have ever seen. Working with this group would be a dream!
Good people attracts good people.
No, honestly, I’m like there’s always a toxic one, where’s the toxic one? Then I remember what happened 😂
This was a great episode. Nick seems like such a genuinely kind and hard-working guy.

I really think it would be an amazing video. I hope we get to see it!
oh I would click on it sooo fast! Pls do it!!!
I came here to say this same thing. I think it would be so cool and they could do it in a non disrespectful way.
I would also watch!
Love having nick on the pod!!!
LOVEEEEEE seeing Nick appear more often in videos 🥰
nick on the thumbnail?? SIGN ME UPPPP
could we ever get a pt. 2 to astrology with eugene?!♉️🕺🏻✨
Yes! Bring in people that weren't there before 😊
I'm a simple man; I see Nick and I click.
waiting for the new era version of 4 vs 1,that was such a good series, nick always gets the nicest experts
I wish they never stopped doing that series. It is one of my favorites. I personally like it better than Without a Recipe.
It shocks me that the try guys still use better help and caraway as sponsors, they’re both scammy brands
I’m loving the increased nick appearances!!!
I looove Nick!! Ever since he started with the Try Guys. Up until recent videos with him, I was starting to think he quit around Ned days.
Nick is rarely in front of the camera. When he appeared in and arranged the Zachelor party I knew he was still with 2nd Try.
i always love getting to hear from the try team, nick and rachel have such interesting stories and experiences to talk about. especially because i know nothing about their line of work so i appreciated that rainy asked to define what a producer does.

Matt straight up trying to start a war here 😂😂😂
Nick!!! I’ve never clicked on a podcast vid so fast
That was very informative and interesting. I think he should be a guest more often.
Having Nick on the pod is such a treat! It’s so cool hearing how he got started at 2nd Try and all he does for the company now 😊
I absolutely adore everyone!
Although I miss A, it may be fun to have all to do an episode w just a quick fire advice from each for an anniversary or holiday. 🥰

Liked this before a minute in because Nick is my favorite yay
I would totally watch a taxidermy episode.
I loved the tattoo episode as well - Actually, about 6 months later, I got a new one as close as I could to a tattoo Zach wore! And I love it - so thanks Nick!
