GIRL, I ordered the 3 quads and highlighter bundle, waited 2 weeks, and only thing that was in my box was the Highlighter 🤦♀️🤦♀️ SOOO FRUSTRATING, I never got a shipment confirmation. It just showed up. It's not acceptable anymore, it's going to hurt Pat's brand, and she has worked so hard to build such an amazing brand. It's a bad reflection on her😢 Which that is the part that bothers me the most. The looks you created ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! Love you too pieces💋🦋❤

Wow. It sounds like whoever is running the fulfillment center and/or doing quality control for fulfillment needs to be replaced immediately. Particularly when people are paying so much money due to her product costs, it's infuriating to spend hundreds of dollars and get one item of a multi-item order, and no indication that they know you ordered other things.
@@yacobm09 Ya, it's too bad. It's happened too many people and you're right. They need to overhaul the distribution center, or create a better system. SOMETHING. Because this isn't working🤦♀️🤷♀️

@@veenovo4777 Sadly, you're not the only one that has been waiting. When I uploaded my review of 2 of the 3 quads, many said they were still waiting for the Celestial Palette they bought on launch day back in September 🤦♀️😔 so sorry. It's unacceptable at that point 🤦♀️
So thankful to have your catalogue available to visit when I need inspiration on some of my older items in my collection. You were a truly talented artist
I did notice that the highlight has an icy effect that I wouldn’t have expected for such a pink highlight. I might mix it with a warmer one to try to even it out a bit. That being said, I love it. That packaging is EVERYTHING. I wish Pat McGrath had put as much effort into the packaging of other items from this release. It’s stunning.
I loved watching this but it also mad me sad that your not going to get to play with this year's holiday collection 😢 😔, i no you would have made some amazing eyelooks and you would definitely have loved the highlighter, i can just imagine you on camera saying am so excited. Miss you Beauty ❤
I live in Western Wisconsin and I just have to say that I have never had a problem with any order or shipping when ordering off the Pat McGRATH site. I recently ordered two Luxe eyeshadow quads from the Holiday Collection and they both arrived within a week. Also, tracking messages were sent in a timely manner. Good experiences in the past few years as well so I don’t understand why so many people are having problems. I love the quads as well although there seem to be a lot of nit picky reviews. Not from you though Mel. Thanks for a great review as always!
I live in NJ and my order came timely with tracking message as well. Sorry to all others that have had issues. I don’t get it either 🤷🏾♀️
I'm from Hungary, and I have waiting for my palette from a month. I don't understand it, so frustraring.
@@zsofiaronai6694 The big Celestial Divinity? Try emailing them. I had the same problem. Ordered it on Sep 25th, on Oct 11th having no shipping confirmation I reached out to PML. Next day they shipped it, so I guess someone must have forgotten. What's more....a day later another one was shipped so now I have two 😳 Total mess. Hugs from Poland!
Hi Monika, I emailed them, after that they send the Celestial divinity, and it is ready for shipping for 10 days. It is so expensive, and I am afraid, it will never arrives. Thank you for the support!
I had a horrible experience with her shipping & im just about done ! I never got a shipping confirmation or tracking & when my package just appeared I was missing the 3rd quad and the highlighter ,,, also no shipping slip inside the package either ,,, I ordered the 3 quad bundle & the highlighter & one lipstick ,,, I also got a generic email response ,,, after 2 emails I got a second package with the quad & highlighter ,,, again no shipping email or tracking,,,, the next day I get ANOTHER package ,,, I got another of the quad I was missing ! I’m not sending it back ! I’m keeping it as a gift after all the aggravation .... they are a mess ! I have a friend who received two mega palettes she never ordered ! Then they were giving her a hard time with a refund & sending them back ,,, this is ridiculous ! These issues need to be addressed ! Also the snippy generic emails ? Oh no ,,, I will not be ordering from her site again ,,,

Love these looks you created! So pretty!I’m still waiting for my celestial divinity palette that i ordered the day it came out. If you live in Australia, it takes well over a month to receive anything. That is the only downside of PMG, the products excite me so much, I want them immediately. But, I have to learn patience 😅

Oh my sweet friend! I’m so happy you finally got your order 😊 I also uploaded my review today on these PMG Quads 🥰 👯♀️ and I have to agree with all what you said. I have to say that Pat McGrath company must be restructured, they need to do some very hard decisions on who is leading which areas or with which providers for external services (such warehouse) they are working with, I feel bad that such a talented artist as Pat McGrath is getting this type of feedback because the lack of organization and logistics on the main house. Let’s hope she takes some executive decisions soon for her best interest. Love your reviews as always Mel and I know how draining was to film this video, I felt the same way. Also, the box/packaging is poor quality compared to last year. It has sharp edges. Doesn’t feel the same as like her last year’s quad. But, I love HL packaging. Loved your video too Jackeline. ❤️
Mine arrived today (finally). Lavendaring. The camera doesn't do it justice. Holy sparkles. I know it's not a "special shade," but it deserves to be.

The Highlighter might go well with the Pastel eyeshadow palette. I loved all of them but I love love love the Purple in the one palette. I'm just a Purple girl especially in the Shimmer toppers.
I ordered the Fleur Fantasia Quad because I love the color story, but unfortunately I had to returned it, incredibly underwhelming and the formula wasn’t my favorite 😣
Same here.. very frustrated. This quad is the only one I was really excited about. Two top colors are not the same as we can see on the promo. 😒 sick and tired of over shopped pictures and videos! 😤
Me too! This quad was nothing like any other Pat McGrath shadow I own. Really disappointing
I just returned blue quad today, poor quality.
I hesitated after learning it was a new formulation, all new except the mattes apparently. I’ve been digging since she started leaking the quads & for the price it’s too risky for me, especially paying in CAD. I’m sorry you guys were disappointed, that’s a bummer! I wasn’t that impressed with the rose decadence, the colour story was up my alley ,but the textures don’t compare to her mothership 10 pans.
It's crazy that you guys are able to return. I haven't even received mine, and I ordered like five minutes after launch. Customer service has been abysmal. I'm not even excited anymore, just annoyed and frustrated. She needs to get it together.

I'm curious Mel, in real time, how long does it take for you to blend out the first color you use. I love the blending of the first color of all of your looks, I usually don't have the patience to do it as well as you. I need to know, how patient should I really be???? lol
I've often wondered the same thing. How long does she spend blending out the colors? I probably do my entire eye look while she's perfecting the first shade. 🤦♀️ lol No patience!
I know Im not Mel BUT in my opinion a good base ( primer ) and setting the lid but MAINLY the brush or brushes she uses, we are only as good as the tools we use to assist us.....I dipped my toes lightly at first telling myself its just a brush, they all work the same NOPE 110% fully NOW will stand by the tools ( brushes ) one uses...Its why I pay so much attention to what brush she is using while creating the look** My blending game has changed 360° now that I gave in and paid for good brushes, and use the correct ones....Its all about proper blending...I personally tend to spend more time blending and correcting my base more than my eyes, and having good tools has saved a heck of alot of time *)

I purchased the Interstellar Icon quad because it was the most unique based on what I have in my collection from Pat, and I’m so glad I did! The eye look you created with it is stunning! I also picked up a couple of Eyedols at half off. I’m actually thrilled that the highlighter has a pinkish tone to it. I thought it looked like it did in the photos, but you never know until you see it on someone first.
The PMG highlighter is definitely more pink. I have also had bad experiences with PMG shipping. My first order divine rose palette took 6 weeks to arrive and my second took 5 weeks. By the time they got to me, I lost interest and almost forgot what I picked up lol. I love the look of fleur fantasia quad but won’t bother picking it up. A shame it’s not available at Sephora. Yep I ordered mines on the 9th and half of the order excluding the quads arrived on 23rd! Soooo now they’re sending a replacement which is estimated to be arriving in 4 days! I love PML and I will be ordering from them again BUT..........

I loved all your looks. I also agree PML does have to sort their order processing and shipping out or orders, it is atrocious. The last order I made was for the bundle of all 2 quads and the large palette so I'm hopeful everything is in the box when it arrived to me. The processing wasn't too bad with that order and they shipped it express to NZ so that was a welcome surprise after they had to cancel my first order for the large palette a few weeks after the order was made. On the plus side, the bundle deal saved me some good amount of $ so I'm not mad at that.
I believe the delay is due to the post office kerfuffle with voting envelopes as priority right now. I've had several vendors deliver things way late. Also, supply chains have been broken due to huge demand on common sense items. This means that simple soft scrub is $15 for 2 bottles and is on backorder everywhere. Make sure you have any Rx's you may fill. I've been getting mine through CAN. It's likely to continue through Spring.

OMG the same exact thing happened with my shipment of this collection! Besides the holiday palettes I ordered a couple lipsticks that were on her sale section and a lip liner. I received those items but not the Christmas collection. When I checked my account the holiday items were showing as if delivered on that same shipment so I freaked, took pics of the items I received including the small box I got them in and label inside the box showing they were not included which where the bulk of my order and $$$. I finally got thru to them after several emails and they finally placed a reorder of the items for me so now I wait.... let’s hope the palettes arrive this time.

On deep skin tones like Pat and Nyma Tang, the shade may come off more as champagne gold but I honestly still can't see it. For me, I love the shade 👍

Hi dear Mel, loved the video, you are the eyeshadow queen, loved the most the look on both eyes, that quad, something with interstaller? But ignore new PMG stuff, as she ignores me again. No irritation anymore for me about the "'kindly refrain from...."" because i also unsubscribed about 2 weeks ago, need a very long break, gorgeous eyeshadow from nr. 1 this year: YOURS together with SG😍😍😍😍, further ND of course. And CT, Wayne Goss, Surratt, Tom Ford (when i can get it). And Dior is also doing better and better! My nr. 2 eyeshadow of this year, totally different: the 3 elephants😍😍😍 from Chantecaille when i am tired or want to do it easy, for you it won't be challenging enough, but for me it's just a beautiful wash of colour and that can also be enough than, and crazy for the elephant!!!! I am gonna force myself to pick up my PMG palettes again (have all motherships and almost all smaller palettes, so crazy much🙃). Waist of money? Yes and no. Beautiful products, but she really does not deserve anymore so much attention in my humble opinion with such an ignoring which is arrogant attitude to her customers. But more important than eyeshadow: vote Trump out of that White House!!!! Gonna sleep, crazy late here in The Netherlands, sending you lots of love!!!!🖐😘😘

For the price I’m glad i don’t like the hl lol even tho the pkg 👌. I agree it would probably look better on those that are cooler and even deeper, it does come off grey. I love the ND i purchased during f&f just can’t seem to decide on CT.
So strange! I’m paler( like A shade)- and the PMG is lighter on me than the CT or ND- so you’re right!! Because ( I have to check I think it reminds me a bit of Forever Young in the ABH Nicole collab- a light roast taupe) anyway my very cool toned skin just absorbs the pink.. whereas a lighter gold just stands OUT( in a bad way) I wanted it to be Natasha- I usually love her highlighters best but there’s also usually an icier, pinkies color
I bought the interstellar quad and I love it. I also got the mega palette which I love..but I don’t own many of her shadows. But I ordered a lip pencil and they just never sent it. They refunded my money..but I get the frustration w the ordering from the pmg site. I will order from Sephora next time.
I just received my everything collection and was missing the mega palette and a lipstick 🤦🏼♀️ dealing with that now. And was a kinda disappointed in the packaging, I thought, from previous reviews, that they make it a little fancy with the packaging 🤷🏼♀️ but l love the lux quads ❤️💯

Hi Mel , I love your videos and your make up, you have such a lovely and happy vibe, but it’s kinda down that you only do reviews and makeup with high end brands and well in this economy I would love to buy tilbury or this brand but is always the same brands, Armani, Chanel , the ones mention before and the cheapest product is around 28 dlls... is kinda frustrating, please do some with more affordable ones like color pop and so many other. Love you
I agree. PAT needs to pick up her customer service ASAP. For a luxury EXPENSIVE brand this is not acceptable. I purchased the Divine rose palette for the first time and this is my most expensive makeup purchase yet. It arrived thrown in with a wad of brown paper and the outer carton was damaged. Disappointed. 😞
SAY WHAT !! Giveaway for the PML quads, I have the same color of eyes as you do and the intersteller icon just POPS that color** I do plan to purchase two of the quads the Rose, and purple one...Im back and fourth with the Highlighter...not sure yet. I did get the CT and do enjoy it...I love a good pink hue HL so plan to purchase the DIOR quad in rose gold *)
I once heard about Zara that basically they know that people will keep coming back for their products so they don’t care to improve the customer service, and I feel like Pat McGrath is sort of the same. When you’re buying luxury, you’re paying for the service as well. But if people keep coming back even with shoddy service, then I suppose they think they have no reason to change.
I love your tutorials!! I really like the way you do your makeup. You are always very honest about products and I know whether to buy the product or not based on your opinion. Anyways, I would LOVE TO WIN. I never win anything so it would be nice.

I love her and I own nearly everything but I’m not buying from her website again... this was the 3rd strike for me.. the first was cancelling my order during the limited edition pink palette hours after I placed the order and now nearly 7 weeks and no orders out of 2 after I’ve spent over $500AUD....😭✌🏼👋🏻 anyways much love from Australia !! 😘😘😘
If you take the sticker off the lipsticks there’s a really pretty design under it, not sure why it was covered up with a sticker.
