I know this is completely random to say and I apologize for any inconvenience of this comment, but R.I.P Akira Toriyama 😢🕊️ Without him, the anime community wouldn’t be what it is now.
Hell I'd argue without him, not only would the main "anime tropes" not exist but even whole series wouldn't exist. Oda himself gave an interview stating Toriyama was one of his main influences to get into the shonen genre, as one piece came out 2 years after dragon ball in terms of the manga and that's just one of MANY that wouldn't exist without Toriyamas work
