Yeah I get its tropey as hell, its very mucha product of its time :D The series does get less cheesy eventually. I rememebr hating most of the cast early on.
I don't really like season 1. It gets better around episode 5/6, gets then at like episode 11. The last 3 or so episodes of s1 are ok/good then season 2/3 is soooooooooo goood. Just push through season 1 it gets good I promise you. Saw a new person reacting to TVD and I have to watch

Season 1 is one of the better seasons. Even though all of it is good.
This is better than teen wolf. Lol and I like teen wolf.
trust us you will love it ... the first season is so embarrassing but then it will just be so good.

I think I know quite a lot. I know that Katherine is gonna be back, Carolin will be vamp and i think that one of the brothers is gona die
