I would buy it from you with my eyes closed from the Canary Islands, Spain 🇮🇨🇪🇸🔨
This comment made my day, I'm so glad you liked it, but I don't have any products to sell.
@@BSIinventor101 I want one please. It's very cool 🔨🇮🇨🇪🇸👍
People are wanting to buy this from him, which I don't blame you, I want one too. But he would not be able to sell them for an affordable price. He would not even be making a very high profit if he sold this for $500. The editing makes it look like it didn't take long to make, but in reality he must have spent many hours making this amazing tool. Hand making and hand fitting things like this takes a long time. I am curious to know how long it did take to make it.
Thank you for your positive comment, it is very happy to hear these sentences, yes, you are right, it took almost six days
Such things are made for personal use. To ease his work.
@@BSIinventor101u say u needed six days. U mean working days, right? So 48 hours! Never! Even if i count like two hours for sawing out the legs, one hour for the two wooden disc's and so on i come only on a maximum of 16 hours. And no one need two hours to saw out two legs of this Format. I don't know how u want get of 48 hours but this amount of time isn't usual. Six days... nice joke!
Well thats clearly a given. Prototypes are always expensive due to the research and trial and error that goes into them.
Does that mean that should make the part or tool prohibitively expensive? No, that just means they need to work on the cost of making the part, the ease and simplicity of constructing it. Make jigs, tooling, etc.
So inspiring. I am in the process of making my own personal tools. Love the precision.
thanks so much
@@BSIinventor101 had to subscribe immediately on vacation binge watching your videos
@@latenightwoodworker3283 it's my pleasure, have a nice vacation and hope you enjoy my channel
In some instances the tool can be used as a thickness guage. But you would have to always have measure @ a fixed point on the tool. It looks like you put some finish on the copper hinge but not the protractor. I'd cover both. I would radius all corners, some more than others. Very good looking & well made tool. T.Y.
Great point! thanks so much
I like to think that this is how precise tools were made 100s of years ago.
The ancients were very creative
It is.
Yeah, I wonder how they marked the divisions without a plastic protractor, though.
@@TheFixer1965 You can use a divider like this to walk around a circle and, well, divide it into as many segments as you want. Then you draw lines from the center to each of those points.
A tight spring can also be used to replace the inner nut . That way adjustment will be easy..❤
Great point!
Very nice precision work. From Liverpool UK
thanks so much
Fabulous, I'm going to round up some components and get started .
thanks so much, have a great DIY journey
Excellent work!👍👍👍
Thank you very much!
Mesmerizing, amazing video. Hi-class craftsmanship.
thanks so much
As far as craftmanship, its good. But i cannot understand how it can be used for other jobs. A simple divider/ protractor does the same job. Save the hard work put in to make this tool, using soo many other tools!
Very nice.Thanx for sharing.
So nice of you
Just found your channel…excellent!
thanks so much
Nice craftsmanship. But let me tell , for measuring od of cylinder shapes, if the jaws are not parallel, the more they get open the greater the error will be. But to measure inner diameter it can work some how.

Using all the glue accelerator seems unnecessary…
I’ve always heard you get far stronger bonds if you let things cure gradually.

acting like the hole saw is a big secret
thanks for sharing your thoughts
@@BSIinventor101i dont understand. you have an ability to create but feel it necassary to mislead people by showing a planer bit then showing the results of a hole saw. most people can reproduce but dont have the ability to create like you do. so it makes no sense why you would do that when people wont be able to reproduce your ability to create. that is a gift that no one can take from you so it makes no sense why you would try to mislead people, you are obviously capable and creative something that most will never have . I see no reason for you to mislead
What would you call that tool
this is a type of wing divider
How is it 5in1?
please watch till the end
Tool to do WHAT ???
multi purpose tool
Exactly.
To help you scratch your head merely by watching it get used. Of course, you could scratch better if you actually had it in your hand 😜
как хобби - замечательно, как инструмент - спорно, но работа отличная
