We love as a family using Etihad Airways .Our 9 yrs daughter is always excited with the care & childrens gift given to her on all the flights particularly the children's backpack .My wife & i enjoy the splendid entertainment that keeps our child occupied & well as the delight choice of food & drinks available. Currently we are apart due to c19 UK & Philippines
Hopeful soon after C19 lockdown removed we can all travel to be with our loved ones

Eithad is not refunding me. I have been waiting for more than 7 months now. They are asking me to wait till oct 2021. So everyone make sure during this corona issue, you will also face this Problem. They will not refund you. Really a worst airline. and no doubt a worst customer service.
