What’s on call mean?
They have a minimum bid, **If they want 5k for a car, and it only reaches 4k in bid, it will be on call, (Buyer has option to up his bid to 5k or say no)

That’s because they at least washed the cars. Most of the cars are sold at local car lot prices with no warranty and way more mechanical issues
