The identical palette of colors of both characters look almost twin-like in comparison but there are tiny details for those who magnifies the differences

Ray is literally wearing some white pajamas and some brown suit shoes while L is wearing a dirty white shirt some blue sweatpants wearing no shoes. They both have black messy hair but Ray’s hair is longer so it covers one eye.... call me a pessimist but ray seems to be more simple and unoriginal than L
