Most unique game over screen in MK history, It's surprising they never made a similar dramatic continue screens as other fighting games did, Granted the move to console in later generations makes the arcade continue redundant but one can imagine if they had continue screens with the character in violent predicament like this falling into acid or losing their soul to Shao Khan/Shang Stung or whoever was the final boss as game over.

Back then, I used to always keep the characters to the right corner of the screen.. I was always freaked out by one of the trees' faces. That one on the left always looked crazy and made my skin crawl lol.

What I would like in the next update of UMKD is that you can add Kano, Fujin and Motaro as new characters and it would be interesting to add an arena from Mortal Kombat Armageddon. One arena that I would really like to see in the game is Lumber Mill, it doesn't matter if it has or it doesn't have its death trap I just want to see that arena in the game

You ever try MK Komplete Plus? It might not be a MUGEN made FROM MK4, it's more of a 2D demake of 4, plus it has MK1-Trilogy as well.
