Ziva isn’t exactly a leader. More assassin and a fighter than a leader. McGee isn’t exactly a leader but a good tech guy and as for Tony, he’s definitely proven that despite him being a bit silly at times he’s a damn good leader and agent.

@@Mary-ng8lgtony siempre sido un buen agente un buen leader y Gibbs dijo en temporada 7 que tony era el mejor agente con buenos instinctos /you recuerdo un episodio cuando ziva estava capturada en Somalia/ antes que ellos pudiera viajar para rescatar ziva Vance queria que ellos tomara otra agente en lugar de ziva / cuando demostro una Bella agente su travajo /en mismo lugar Gibbs estava hablando con un criminal / y tony palabra por palabra dijo lo mismo /
I never understand why they do this. We all know that teams like this do not stay together that long because of promotions. But we just ignore it to enjoy the show. Why stick our nose into it? No one was asking about it. In Star Trek TNG it was even worse. A commander can easily serve five years as XO before people start wondering when he will get promoted, but with Riker is was brought up after less than two years.
