I first "discovered" Claus when he conducted the orchestra for Diana Krall's "Live in Paris" concert. As I became acquainted with his many musical accomplishments (work with Jobim, Sinatra, Streisand and many more great artists) my admiration grew accordingly. This Concerto is another welcome surprise. I hope I find the rest of it on UA-cam.

この曲、オガーマンとビルエヴァンスのコラボアルバム「SYMBIOSIS」とほぼ一緒なんですよ。
ビルのアルバムの中でもあんまり聴かれてないアルバムですけど。
オーケストレーションはさすがにこちらの方が洗練されてますね。
オガーマンとビルエヴァンスでクラシックの曲をアレンジして演奏してるアルバムもあって、そちらも最高です(^^)
