look at the links they say "rstyle.me" its a website that only big content creators have access to. They have a lot of makeup products and they basically want the youtubers to use them and link them trough their page so for example she links the smashbox primer and gets around 1-3$ for each person who buys said primer through that link. I think the more expensive a product the more money they get. As much as i hate drama channels, here for the tea made a good video about it.
