Not 3 months, on OPT one can actually work for 3 years (36 months). Students of all streams get the first 12 months of OPT, while STEM students get additional 24 months (STEM-OPT).
A Student should find a job within 3 months of receiving EAD. Other parts, you are right.

Being an MTech I'm facing a hard time finding a job. I'm not ready for a PhD (5+ yrs). I'm not interested in academics too. It gets me frustrated seeing MSc and MTech people doing same jobs. We are not even paid like chemical engineers. Please suggest some specific jobs for MTech/Btech people only and guide us.

It's difficult to find all these legit information
Free education and better education in Germany. Far better than Canada. In Canada, most of the people only get job as quality control which requires not much biology(mostly chemistry).
USA is much expensive and Germany has many pharmaceutical companies.
So, better to choose Germany.

Almost free education, Germany is pharmaceutical hub(better job opportunity), world class transportation system, strongest economy of Europe and 4th biggest economy of world.
If you have guts to learn German language, go for Germany.
It's not about saving money. It's about choosing right place. I don't understand why people choose USA. It's just an overhyped country. There is hire and fire system. You will get job today and god knows you can be fired tomorrow(USA) while in Germany there are strong employees law.
Australia is also expensive but i would say just learn German and go for it.

You should go for PhD. Going for second masters abroad is not recommended and you will definitely get rejected in Visa interview.
