They didn't do this classic no justice with the mixing ... this track is one of the best ever and they should of done a more crisp mix and mastering. because all the highs and mids collide together and they instead of meshing crash and then you guys are both great singers so when the high notes and the keyboards are playing at the same time they all crash and make the song sound dirty, because the hit hat is at the same frequency so when you pronounce the "S's " then it sounds messy. i also know this was uploaded from vinyl but still. I had the single and it sounded the same as here. This is one of my fav songs ever !
