I'm so happy that you are showing the world these techniques. Adam. I seem to remember you no-spin throwing with the thumb like Dmitry before you started putting your index finger on the spine. Maybe I'm remembering wrong. Nevertheless, I forgot about 'combat grip no-spin', but Dmitry does it so well. Cheers

What would interest me as I am just a beginner but have a bit talent for timing and hand coordination as a musician and drummer I just started throwing knives now but also table and normal tennis was very helpful there I think, I would be interested in how long did you practice before you did your first contest ? And how many days and hours per day or week you round about practice ?
As contests are always interesting even if I am not a very competing person but to see more techniques live and know what’s possible.
