I've always thought of the Higher Self is a level of the mind. We have a conscious self, the sub-conscious self, the unconscious mind, and finally the Higher Self. The Higher Self is a level of the mind that contains all the wisdom and knowledge of all our lifetimes in the realms of form.
I didn't know there are souls incarnate here on earth from angelic realm. That's awesome. Can you give more information about this? Also I had an experience where I walk past a random person that I do not know at all and have a recognition of their soul. Almost like I know them on a soul level but not on a person level. Is this something others have experienced. Only happened once for me so far.
