- The disappearance of Lui Calibre has been one of the most bizarre cases in the history of popular UA-camrs. At his peak, he was gaining well over 1 million views per video, only to randomly disappear one day, leaving his 5.14 million subscribers without closure. Since his disappearance, there has been extensive speculation surrounding why he left, with it recently transcending a simple mystery into a borderline conspiracy theory. After explaining the original reason to be "Because UA-cam doesn't pay well enough", many have speculated that the real reason is due to a broken personal life, which has been somewhat validated by a twitlonger recently released by a former partner of his.
This video will take every personal anecdote from Lui Calibre himself, and compare and contrast it with many of the elements put forward by the Public + UA-cam community. We will also attempt to answer the question - Is Lui Calibre even guilty for the twitlonger? Was his former partner the victim while he was the perpetrator? I don't think so, which I'd like to comment on.

In my opinion, i thunk he left youtube since all the drama will most likely lower Lui's view count. Since Lui focuses in money, losing revenue would cause him to quit. He has also previously mentioned that he had other business oppertunities so he most likely quit to work on his business.

this is one of the best and most unbiased looks at a drama like this ever, and i applaud you for that Sunny. I think a lot of other people woulden´t say much of what they think and would just cover the topic, but you stood up and gave your possibly very controversial opinion, despite the possible backlash.

Sunny just singlehandedly destroyed Luke, he just had the best take on the situation.
Luke isn't that good to begin with as he tends to be biased towards one side, leaves out information that would be critical for making a reasonable conclusion on your own, and tends to add nothing when it comes to overall thoughts when it comes to the situation, at least other commentary channels give their two senses. If you like Prison Mate Luke, then that's fine, I don't think any less of you, but he's not the best when it comes to this.

While even know Lui’s case isn’t that bad because the girl he was dating was 18, and the girl that mini send those pics to was a minor. It’s still kinda wrong for Lui to date a girl that young especially when was like 30 years old. Another reason is that both Lui and Mini’s girlfriends came out on Twitter and said that they were abusive. Oh I don’t know if Lui was physically abusive or emotionally abusive. But minis girlfriend said that she emotionally abused her.

To be true, I trust Lui. When people want clout, they would do anything, I mean *anything*, with anyone on any platform.
He have been a friend with Nogla in real life and they live together for a while. I doubt David would keep a toxic friend around even after he moved out. In Wildcat's podcast in 2020, Nogla and Terrorizer still talk about him like they used to, like good old friends.
Plus, the age gap have nothing to do with the age of consent or the law. They're both adults. If the gender role were revered, a 30 years old woman getting around with a 18 years old guy, no one would bat an eye
The woman provided no evidence of actual abuse, and the screenshots that she posted don't confirm any grooming or manipulation. Now, I don't think Lui is in the right in this situation, but I don't believe that he's in the wrong either. That woman is playing the victim when she isn't one, and people ate it up.

Dang, growing up watching people like Lui, it is good to have someone take a deep look at his eventually end on UA-cam. Like I know there are lots of discussions and videos people have about it but this was clear and showed more than one side of things. Most people tend to get to caught up in supporting one side and put in little effort to understand the other. Not sure what I personally think happened but I imagine it was a bit of this a bit of that kind of outcome.
This is a really well made video man, you deserve to hear that! (Especially if u did all the editing by urself, ik a lot of people pay editors and this had really good flow and structure)

With people like Vanoss, you can clearly see they enjoy making UA-cam videos, or at least did at some point. The amount of work he put into editing them, especially in the past, was like 90% of the reason his videos performed so much better than the rest of the guys. Lui just seemed like he never had any passion for video-making, more just enjoyed playing games with his friends.
I agree with majority of this, but I'm shocked you didn't bring up the fact that she posted this publicly at all. Usually that's your first & most obvious sign that the person wants to start drama for fame. Instead of being civil & keeping their personal life behind closed doors, she let the whole internet know that she had to pay for flights to his city so she could see him. I mean c'mon, this is pretty damn obviously clout chasing.

Synapsis at the end is how I see it too. If someone complains about them having to do things in a relationship that’s long distance, they didn’t have to. It was there choice to enter the relationship knowing it was long distance and also their choice to make those trips to see the other person. I don’t se show Lui is fully in the wrong in this situation, but I also see how she could see it as her being a victim. It’s all just a mess that shouldn’t really be poked at with a three foot pole.

One thing i notice that really odd is that even with all of the things Ive seen surrounding lui (twitter, online, etc), is he was recently featured in one of the recent videos on vanoss's highlight channel. Ive seen Evan jab at mini on ig for that whole story so even with all thats happened so far with lui, I havent noticed much strife between his old group of pals (or possibly still current group). Maybe Im just not looking in the right places but still it's an interesting thing to notice considering how theyve had to dealt with others in the past.
The fact that Prison Mate Luke ended up leaving UA-cam due to the Tobi and Hopless Peaches drama kind of indirectly creates more doubt as to if Lui is guilty or not, no?

Well not only that and what that girl posted she showed no evidence of him being abusive, such as pictures of bruises or a black eye etc. The girl that made allegations against mini gave evidence. As far as the allegations against Louis being fake, that is why I don’t trust the metoo movement because a lot of them lie, and falsely accuse people.

In a 6 year relationship right now at which I would consider the current peak. HS sweethearts so oh boy you know there was a LOT of drama. My girlfriend and I could each cherry-pick things we did that when strung together and slightly embellished could sound like an extremely toxic relationship. Difference is we talked things out, we were completely honest with each other about our feelings and actively changes into better people. Your take on this is spot on from my experience dating through that age, especially with the added aspects of social media and inherent secrecy of things like snapchats and dms.
Another piece of evidence for Lui being innocent/truthful about why he quit UA-cam is that it seems like he didn't see the effort worth the reward as he occasionally appears in his friends videos but doesn't upload so it is likely he just doesn't like the process enough but enjoys to play with his friends still.
Something you forgot to mention in Luis defense is that though hes quit is own channel, he still makes somewhat regular appearances on VanossGaming and Delirious Nation i think as recently as just a couple of months ago Lui played GTAV with Vanoss, Wildcat, and Nogla.

Understandable that a youtuber does make content for money that is what everyone does its just no one ever says it they don't wanna lose there subscribers by saying it. Also Lui didn't quit because of the allegations because he quit before those came out.

My take is just him doing stuff outside of UA-cam and leaving it behind him cause he wants a more steady or larger income. The allegations have nothing to do with it since it came after he quit and he clearly doesn't care about it and I don't believe the girl is the angel she is played out to be.
