And that's why composers put the tempo on the score. Yes, there's some speed limits that when crossed, a piece won't have meaning anymore. This is a great example.
That's more frightening than enjoyable.... Music is about feelings, beauty and emotions. The technicality and level of difficulty should NOT be the center of it. Sadly in Asia and Japan this important lesson was skipped....
Funny. This piece was composed by a Russian, and the video doesn't focus on the music, but human limits, so point invalid. And funnily enough, japanese pop uses better technicality, key changes, chromatics, and uniqueness that express wider and more original ways to show emotions over the contemporary mainstream music nowadays that can't even properly use key interchanges to express emotions. And because of that, a lack of factoring creativity in music is what causes western music producers to think beats are "fire" when it's the same rudiments and generic triad 4-chord progression over and over again. More of you should learn more from Japan.
@@Teladian2 I'm not agreeing with the video whatsoever, I don't like the music either, but like I stated, it only commends the human limits, not the musical value. Also, I was more focused on what the main comment says about music in Japan and how it can't be further than the truth. Artists like キタニタツヤ were able to completely nail multiple genres with elevated use of techniques that made music sound more original without being overwhelming and a smear. Discrediting Japan from not knowing how music works is silly knowing the comment has never acknowledged not even one piece of contemporary japanese music before.
I think she's absolute stolen the joy of listening to Flight of the Bumblebee by playing it at this speed. It's painful, all for show and with no appreciation of the original composition and tempo.
When I was a kid in the '60's my mum used to call this piece "The Bum Of The Flightel Bee" - now I think I've finally heard it performed as that :-). Bloody brilliant pianist but it's hard on the ears.
I don’t know why people are hating on this girl. I think she’s just testing herself. Im sure she can play it as it’s supposed to be heard very well. Maybe it helps her to do it this fast so the awkward bits get easier 🤷♀️.
No worries, she will lose her job very soon when AI robot pianists are here. "SQ-1000 Pro plays Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto No. 1 with SQ-1002c conducting NVidia Symphony Orchestra"
Speed... yes, but... we can hear at least half notes that are not properly "hammered" while others are too much and this creates dissonant sounds in the piano core so the sound is terrible. Sorry but I can't feel the music when played that fast. It bugs me that some like it...
Thats what your parents expect from you to play after your first class of piano💀
Only if you're asian.
The cousin your parents compare you with
And also thx For 100+ likes

If it's rushed it Sounds rushed 😮
this feels less like flight of the bumblebee and more like a bumblebee just got smacked into a wall by a slipper at 10000 km/h
Way too fast, yeah
Say your Hispanic without... 😉

@ayeronical funny this doesn't sound technical, it sounds like a smear. It's awful and shows nothing whatsoever, other than how to play badly.

Racist comment.
POV: your piano has a hidden cello sounding feature
can we all agree faster isn't better?
Impressive sure…but it sounds terrible
-a musician
There isn't enough caffeine in the world to get me up to that speed . . .
This sounds like Bruce Lee fighting with the bees!!!😮😮😮😮
Rush E next
There are so many far easier ways to give people headaches.
You sure they didn’t just speed the video up!!???
I had same suspision but try looking at the audience. They would move their heads faster
Watch the head movements of the audience in the first few seconds of the video, there are a few movements that strike me as being very lively.
There's probably a reason that it wasn't written to be played this fast 😮🙄
Too bad it doesn't sound good...
when that one fly landed on your piano
If the bumblebees discovered super strong stimulants and went to war against the ants while listening to Wagner, it would sould like this.
Faster does not mean better.
The Original Composer Of The Piece Was Thinking Of An Actual Bee. -THIS Poor Little Bee Is On His Way To A Heart Attack!

She didn't forget because obviously she's not!

Now she, can play Rush e
Los asiáticos se han dedicado a aprender de todo , son tiempos de aprender sobretodo a ser humilde y pedirle a los que ya están en la cima un concejo
Es bestehen keine Zweifel: Es sind die Nerven!

She is not human😂😊
I think I just heard "Flight of the Bumble Bee" at the proper speed for the first time.

I think this young lady needs to switch to de-caff. 😅
Now play rush E
No no no no way too fast to actually enjoy 😢
This may very well be the absolute fastest piano player on Earth…with reflexes like Bruce Lee and the talents of Motzart…👍👍👍👍
What has that to do with Mozart? She isntxa composer i assume. But, you are RIGHT anyway
Verry impressive. Like A.I.

That wasn't music! That was a cacaphonous assault on the ears! (The piano didn't like it either!)
