Awesome collection! I never got into the Game Gear, even as a kid I only knew one person that had one. I have never seen one with a pristine screen...always beat up.

Oh wow, this is an impressive collection Ed! Of course I love seeing the boxed games, but those oddities are so great to see!! That SMS adapter is so freaking cool!!

I just got a refurbished Game gear and lots carts and other merch. I LOVE it. It's brilliant . Ive also been able to find < New Old stock games in original shrink wrapped boxes, Brand "new" game gear bag, super wide gear . The only drawback is that many of the games have no save function . LIKED Subscribed

I just today sold off all my hand held stuff from my collection....EXCEPT for my gamegear!! I don't have too many games for it but it was the only handheld I actually had as a kid so I'm kind of attached to it. I don't even want to think of how many batteries that thing ate! I have the AC adapter as well as the car adapter. That thing saved my sanity on so many long camping car drives.

Damn that's an awesome collection! Love the Sega Game Gear. It's is getting more difficult to find them in the wild that still work though. Still to this day I sit outside in the evening and play Game Gear :). I love the little battery monster. Great vid

I got my two game gears fully refurbished with new screens, capacitors and speakers. So MUCH BETTER like night and day. Wasn’t too expensive and worth saving the pcb from cap leak damage.

Great collection! I keep thinking I should try collecting for the GameGear, the games are quite affordable at the moment! My system isn’t working at the moment though ;(
If you see the games cheap pick em up maybe you’ll find a working system but even a broken one you can get it refurbished with a new lcd screen so 😎
Great collection video mate, a fair few I don't have.
Not very expensive to get the gamegear recapped, you aught to consider it, those caps are leaking all over the circuit board and doing more damage.
You definitely need a mains adapter with a gamegear 😆.
The lynx is backlit, I'm still after one.
Unfortunately the TV tuner is analogue, fairly sure most countries are digital only now.
Looking forward to the new room tour mate.

They’re pretty good games, usually real cheap and segaaaaaaaa!
uuuh a Tails game... I really like him as character. I was a GameBoy kid, but a good friend of mine had a GameGear. I was jealous of the color screen, but not about the battery consumption - plus he had noone to swap games with, while the GameBoy was owned by all of my other friends. So we always had new games to play w/o the need to purchase em.
The TV tuner is a freakin cool accessory - ok it was that time. Just useless today with no analog TV signal available anymore. Still cool thing :D

great collection dude i used mine for tv all the time as a kid . i had nearly full collection couple years ago but sold half away has was not using most them i just kept what i wanted i.e streets of rage etc . i still do collect though . u ever see the gba tv tuner looks odd lol .

My biggest treasure for my game gear collection is Battletoads CIB and Earthworm jim CIB. they are my precious but damn if they just sit there. i regularly play the GG because it was awesome. greets from Belgium

I sold off my Game Gear stuff as I never use it. The only thing I have left is a Game Gear carrying case.

That's a sizable collection man, had no idea you collected for it, I'll keep my eye balls peeled for the Xmas trade, which will likely arrive way quicker than expected, where the fuck does time go? nearly March already!

Awesome collection! I kind of gave up on my Game Gear collecting. My screen is too light to see clearly. I actually got the adapter for the Retron 5, but I have been playing my Switch too much to bother with my other systems lately!
That adapter for the retron is really expensive here but i still would wanna get it 😅

Solid collection. I just played my 1st Game Gear game (Vampire Master of Darkness) a couple weeks ago. I always thought GG was trash but that game rox so I guess there's another system I have to collect for lol

The system has a surprising number of great games. I recommend Ninku Gaiden and Coca Cola Kid.
Pssssh I have more game gears than that. Wuss. But good on you for supporting one hell of a great system. People like you make me proud to collect for the game gear.

Cool Collection. After I capped my 2 Game gears I'm back in actively collecting for it. To bad I'll never find anything in the wild anymore (man, I hardly run into GB stuff anymore). My last pick up is True Lies, which is a pretty fun and playable game. I still need to get that 007 : The Duel game you have there. It's Rolling Thunder rip-off, which on it self is a Jame Bond rip-off, which would be an infinite loop of awesomeness if the gameplay wasn't filled with ladders( the one thing Rolling Thunder didn't have) and generally so mediocre. Still need it, it is a batsh!t-crazy game.

I have 2 games gears one I paid $70 for and another was given to me due to collecting retro consoles and games. The only accessories i have are the super wide gear (complete in box) and the battery pack and 13 games...would love to get more for it but it seems game gear stuff is very hard to come across

One game you are missing is Michael Jackson moon walker a d the sega game gear was released in 1992 the the sega Genesis was released in 1989
