I am advising you to consult a Pediatric Neurologist for Diana case. it is not the point that you are always carrying her and not allowing her to walk by her ownself. This might not be the main reason . Besides , she is always thinking as if she is bothered by something important . she doesnt like any body to touch her hair or head explain all these symptoms to the doctor , he will understand her case

She needs lots of crawling to strengthen her muscles. She crawls very little. I have noticed her back is very weak along with her legs. She is nowhere strong enough to start walking or even practicing walking.
They won't allow her to crawl and be on the floor. I've never witnessed anything like this before in my life. I know the nomads in Russia in Siberia used to cradle their babies until they were quite old, which I thought was interesting and they still learned to walk. So maybe there is hope. She won't walk for a long time at this rate.

I don’t think they care if she walks right now. At least the mother doesn’t because once she starts walking they will have much less control over her.

She has spent a lot of time in her walker,and it is only setting her back. She needs to be on the floor most of the day instead of being carried around by her mother all day.
