What a wonderful and generous soul you have to share your knowledge and gifts in helping so many of us to break through our blockages and help to find our own individual style.
There are many artists out there but I find myself coming back to you every time because of your kindness, empathy and the joy you bring just by watching your videos I start to think “Hey maybe I can try this”.
Thank-you for helping me to find my confidence and to finally open up my art journal and get my emotions and feelings out onto the pages.
    Big hugs 😊

Thank you so much for this wonderful video (and pointing me to it 😉). I am finding it sooooo useful. 'Mermaidy bottom' and 'fishy fins' had me in stitches😂😂...im sure Miss Jane D would be up on the official Mermaidia terminology for sure...but I LOVE the lollipop girls name. Trying to get the creative fires going again..thank you again. Much love ❤

Loved what you had to say about finding our voice. Your mermaid is beautiful. I enjoyed watching you draw her and add all the colors to make the piece "shine". Thank you so much. Looking forward to your next video.

I literally just shared a page on a group I am apart of that was heavily inspired by your girl faces and those whimsical birds you have done. The only reason I shared it was I set a goal for myself to draw - I am not talented and wanted practice. I posted to share with others that we need to stop comparing ourselves especially when we are mostly beginners- people are constantly comparing themselves to others and getting upset when their expectations of what they think their page should look like doesn’t fall through. The journey of my page is what keeps me smiling. I keep learning and exploring the layers of myself. I started art journaling for me. I wanted an outlet were I could be more then just a wife , a mom, the head of household duties ... I wanted to dive into my own soul. This video needs to be shared with masses of the community!! We all have our own magic! Loved it! Once again thank you!

Good advice. It’s hard, when you are good at one thing, not to basically create the same thing with the same subject matter over and over again.

Thank you for the PDF and your explanation! I find myself sitting down to create something, then suddenly realizing I have to sweep a floor or clean my desk or sort my papers. I know I am procrastinating. Mind you, my house has never been cleaner... However, now, instead of creating, I am watching UA-cam videos. I am definitely going to download the PDF you created and work through it :)

What pencil do you usually sketch with? Also what type paper are you working on? Where do we find water soluable crayons? Is there a particular type of colored pencil that's compatible with the other products? Love her. I like your teaching style😁

*nods*... "don't compare".... a message I hear over and over again.... and have a very difficult time stopping doing it... and I've been wanting to get back to creating my own work, as opposed to doing everything I am inspired to do by many people... and when I do "unplug" for a while, I end up painting, and doing my own projects... but I tend to love my results when I follow other people's inspiration, better than when I do my own thing. (most of the time). =[
I'm rarely creatively stuck.... but when I am, it's mostly because I'm creatively overwhelmed and don't know which of my millions of projects to work on, first. OR, it's because I have a background I love, and don't know what to do on top - either because I don't want to cover it up, or because I just don't know what would work well on top of it.
    Anyway,
Thank you for the PDF, and for making this available here, on You Tube. =)
I love all the art you shared. Your Abstract Art, is coming along nicely... but I hear what you're saying. =)
I love mermaids. =) Your lollipop one is awesome. =) That part of her lower body, is the tail, and then there are fins at the end. =)

I’m probably overthinking, but just curious: why stars in the water, instead of sea creatures or coral? I loved your color scheme.
