    Curry Leaves - 8 to 10
    Oil or Ghee
    Sesame Seeds

    Semolina/Sooji - 1.5 cup
    Curd - 3/4 cup
    Salt - 3/4 TSP
    Water - 1.5 cup
    Boiled Potato - 4 medium size
    Oil - 2 TSP
    Cumin Seeds - 1/2 TSP
    Mustard Seeds - 1/4 TSP
    Coriander Seeds - 1 TSP
    Asafoetida - 1/8 TSP
    Curry Leaves - 8 to 10
    Crushed Ginger Garlic & Green Chilli - 1 tbsp
    Turmeric Powder - 1/2 TSP
    Coriander Powder - 1/2 TSP
