Sorry for asking this on an older video but is it the actual label or the backing paper of the label that you're using?? Because I'm interested in this now, but I have a design I want to use, it's Kanji and a foot print

can you kindly advise what is the of liquid you are applying on the stencil tape? as i notice that the stencil tape was already wet before you tapping the etching solution with felt wrap..
The felt wrap is wet and connected to a conductor - the electrolysis process creates the etching. The liquid is usually just salt water.
can the stencil catridge be used in all the p-touch brother label printers?
Only those that take the TZe-18mm size tapes, Lucas.

The chemical is called electrolyte and we have different ones for different materials. The one used in the video was Electrolyte #72.
Are these stencils reusable and if so how often?
It says 10 times in the video.
