I have been watching you're videos for a long time now but so far I can say is that you deserve way more subscribers. You analyze anime so well with thought explaintions and proof as long with strong reasoning. Keep up the amazing work!
Yes, in every way, they are far better if you play the games, THEN watch the episodes. They explain a lot, and the gaps from both things come together seamlessly. And for the record, by the end of the game, yes, the coma victims are saved.
Me, I watched/played the following: sign, infection, liminality (1st episode only), and legend of the twilight. The only thing I recalled from LotT was that there was a furry chick...not a good sign for LotT.
Thomas Fernandez You should check them out sometime the ps2 games are fun I have longplays on my channel and Id watch Sign, Liminality, then Roots and play the games (or if you dont want to play the games, read the Wikia to understand the in betweens if you need to).
There's this anime called Noein that I liked when i was a kid, but also made me go WTF. I like your insight on your reviews and have yet to see one on this one. I was hoping you could add this to your list to watch.
The anime is great as what happens in the game directly affects what is going on outside. Specially on episode 3 as many things are revealed in the game. Still, the soundtrack is friggin amazing and that by itself makes it worth it.
Hey shadowacs, great to see another review from you! I know romance is probably your favorite genre but you like horror too right? (considering you've reviewed your fair share) Have you watched Ghost hunt before? It was one of my favorites in jr high, although now that I'm older and I've seen a lot more shows I'm not sure it holds up plot-wise anymore. Still great horror!
Have you thought of checking out "Fate/Apocrypha"? You can watch the whole anime in English Dub on Netflix. Just keep in mind that it takes a different approach to the usual Holy Grail War formula and has a setup similar to Fate/Zero, where you see a lot of the story from multiple points of view. I enjoyed it a lot and I have a feeling you might as well. I wouldn't look at any reviews of it until you've seen it for yourself, though because from what I've seen, nearly all the reviews are super biased in the sense that people are still constantly comparing it to the visual novel or the other main series Type-Moon anime like "Fate/Stay Night (2006)", "Fate/Zero", "Unlimited Blade Works".
The liminality girls are the only reason phase 2 of the final boss in quarantine, without them cc courp would have shut the servers down which would have killed all the lost ones. Also take it from me don't taint yourself with the legend of the twilight anime, the manga tells a much better and completely different story that actually ties into the greater .hack lore
Yeah Legend of the twilight anime was a mess, and .Hack Roots is a slog to get through, especially that it's full of irrelevant supporting characters that Don't even appear in the GU games. And Quantum was meh at best and I hated the main girl for being so forgiving of the villain after the crap he tried to pull.
You doing OK, Shadow? You sound a bit unenthusiastic. Speaking of .Hack, I've only watched sign sometime ago, but never really played any of the games.
Oh, OK. Just making sure. I think if you decide to review an action series, you should definitely check out My Hero Academia. Or Slayers, if you want a classic D&D style fantasy anime.

Thanks for the review! I always love your character analyses
Unfortunately I never watched the ".hack//" series.

Gotta still watch .hack sign episode 28 for the dancing.
How to you choose what anime to watch and review next? Do you just randomly choose or do you have a schedule?
Will you do once a bleach review?

Haven't seen u in a while sadly never saw this series
You have to review Legend of the Twilight eventually so I would just get it over with.
I went in expecting some hype battle videogame anime. I tried watching it, but did not like it at all. I really liked .Hack sign though.

This is probably old news but you sound like YMS!
Digi Anderson you are not totally wrong.
I don't know much about him except that he made a video bashing Inside Out, which by itself makes me not want to watch a second of his content.
ShadowACS did u hear the news about Channel Awesome?
Sadly, I did.
You sure SAO didn’t rip this show off?

I'm doing fine. This just wasn't a show that got me super passionate about anything in it.

Let me guess: next is Sign?
Sheridan Mann he already did Sign
I know I meant Roots.
