The Lake Jesup Conservation Area is one of many tracts of land owned by the state of Florida and operated by the St Johns River Water Management District. The preservation of these wild Florida areas is crucial to the survival of native central Florida wildlife. Not all wild lands remaining are state parks. Very nice ambient guitar work. Thanks for sharing. And I enjoyed the footage from LJCA. What part of LJ were you recording from? I used to live in the Black Hammock area to the Southeast. And I’ve spent a lot of time on my mountain bike on the West side in the Environmental Center area.
love Black Hammock area! this was the Marlbed Flats tract. it was the first time i've been there and the entrance was a tiny parking lot in a rural residential area that I would never stumble upon without a maps app. I was hoping to wander further into the flats that day, but it's still very wet from all the hurricane action we've had, so i stuck to the trail and the wooded area. may have to go back when it's dry for a completely different hike. thanks for watching!
Have you ever taken the airboat tour of LJ from the Black Hammock Fish Camp? If not, it’s definitely worth it. And the food at the restaurant is pretty good too, especially if you enjoy gator tail. 😊

I like this bit of local information, as well as the drones (as always).👌
