The red death treats dragons like slaves, while a night fury treats them as family (at least Toothless does) so the night fury would probably be able to get dragons on it's side to fight the red death. Plus, night fury's time their fire. We saw Toothless perfectly time when to fire at the terrible terror so the fire explodes in it's body, and it did the same thing with the red death. I think he gave way too much of a boost to the red death's youth. He almost doubled a lot of the stats, including firepower, which, I don't think would diminish much with age.

Then why are his shots less powerful in the TV shows? Do you think that when a dragon is Tamed it loses some of its hunting abilities and fighting skills?

Also, the night fury could land on the red death’s face and crawl in a line burning its eyes out with the jet we see toothless warming his sleeping area with, just saying

Lastly, speed doesnt mean attack speed, but just how fast they can get from point a to point b. The red death's attacks were so slow, that even the vikings could easily react and avoid its massive body. And again, a nightfury, as shown in toothless vs bewilderbeast, an alpha nightfury could easily stay close up while not getting hit at all. Two more things, the red death didnt detect toothless because of his scent but because of hiccup and astrid. And there is nothing to suggest (in movies and shows) that the red death is nearly as smart as a nightfury

Personally I think the Red Death's Attack should be more like 40-45 and it's firepower would be about 30-35 or somewhere in that range when in it's prime. P.S. when Valka (hiccup's mom) said all dragons have there queen but this (the bewilderbeast) is the king I liked think that she was referring to the red death and dragons like it as a queen dragon
Just a quick little theory for you to cover is that toothless’s whistling noise comes from him charging is fire ball the longer he charges the bigger the explosion there are many scenes in HTTYD race to the edge that confirm this. This is true because we see toothless dive all the time but only when he is going to fire do we hear the sound. In addition the sound could be his echolocation that he could use before the dive then he follows the sound waves down so he always gets a perfect shot the dive bomb is just to make himself harder to hit and carry more momentum through the strike sho he can get away quickly. Just a thought tho

Has it got something to do with bending or is it a chance of fate? I would love to see this theory because you really have solved every theory that has come your way so far. Hey Sean! I love questions about any of the fandoms I talk about. Off the top of my head, bending is... more complex than people think. Think of it like art. In fact, it's often compared to an art (even earth-bending, which is arguably the least creative and most formulaic). Aiwei and Toph (the only two lie-detectors we know of) simply had a very acute ability to detect heartbeats, muscle tension, and so on. It's possible that it's a matter of (a) being finely tuned enough to detect it (which requires a lot of skill), but also (b) having the ability to *interpret* what they can sense in others. Either of these things could be a natural gift or learned skill. Hard to know, but given the implication is that Toph learned it *because* of the method she learned her earthbending (something learned, not genetic), I would think it is merely a very very very rare skill that people *can* learn if they really try. ~ Tim

Ok so in the last episode of RTTE Johann says heathers lens can help them locate the “king of dragons” AKA the Bewilderbeast. We have seen Krogan and Drago work together before so what if The bewilderbeast they are looking for will be used for dragos dragon army in httyd. What if the very last episode of rtte if just hiccup not being able to stop Drago from taking the baby bewilderbeast ( because you said in another video Drago must have trained it from since it was a baby) this was just a random theory. People hyping up toothless so much I don’t think people realised toothless had hundreds of dragons helping him and they just knocked off a tusk, and those dragons include deadly nadders you know the dragons with literally the hottest fire in the dragon world
Music. I used to feel pretty "meh" towards all my classes, but after a while, I started to really like music. I took up the trumpet in sixth grade, because I liked listening to music, but I wasn't particularly invested in the class. However, to make a long, long story short, I kept getting put back in music classes, and eventually I started really loving music. Now I'm in college to become a music teacher, because I want to teach other people like me just how great music is.
I know you have done a lot of research. Are the Httyd dragons different from other fictitious dragon lore? I ask because all the lore I've read says the older a dragon is, the more powerful it is. Hence, an older dragon would be far more powerful than a younger one. However, you repeat that a younger dragon "in their prime" would be more powerful than an old one. Also, do you have any other indicators about the red death's age, or where it is in its lifespan, in the movie based other than the fact it's covered in volcanic ash? I'm not trying to pooh pooh your theory. Just saying if you lived in an environment that was full of smoke & ash, you'd look 90 instead of like a young man in his 20s. I know people who work outdoors. In the sun constantly. And though they're not old, the sun damage sustained cause them to look 30 years older than their actual age. So, environmental factors should be taken into consideration.
While I do agree the Red Death should have the edge in fire power because of the sheer volume of fire it can create, it ultimately seems like a moot point. The Red Death's eyes and open mouth seem to be the only places where a Night Fury attack would do any kind of damage, but unless the Night Fury pulls off an attack like Toothless, I don't see the damage being more than superficial. And the only reason the Red Death's fire was a threat to Toothless was because it burnt his prosthetic tail, there were no other scratches on him after falling into the exploding Red Death.

In the second movie you can see Toothless doing considerable damage to Drago's Bewildebeast who has a higher armor score than the Red Death.
He had hundreds of dragons helping him and just knocked off a tusk
But this night fury is not Toothless
My only question is if the night fury you were talking about is toothless who is actually slower and more merciful than the average night fury

So what about a titan wing night fury? How much more powerful are they than the base night fury or even the alpha night fury? Or are the alpha and titanwing the same or similar?
Okay two things I have questions about, hair and what's up with the audio? Is it just me or is it really crappy audio this week?!
Haha... my hair is my signature look. As for audio - yeah, this is my first video with my new gopro (which doesn't have the best audio) and I'm getting a mic for it soon. But if you're comparing it to my V for Vendetta video, that was done on my Yeti mic (a far better piece of tech), and the audio was edited. Fixing it soon!

What are your thoughts on a Red Death vs a Bewilderbeast? They both had a way to make dragons do their bidding.
I have a single question is the tusk of a bewilderbeast harder than the skin of a red death
Personally I think the Red Death's Attack should be more like 40-45 and it's firepower would be about 30-35 or somewhere in that range when in it's prime.
P.S. when Valka (hiccup's mom) said all dragons have there queen but this (the bewilderbeast) is the king I liked think that she was referring to the red death and dragons like it as a queen dragon
Just a quick little theory for you to cover is that toothless’s whistling noise comes from him charging is fire ball the longer he charges the bigger the explosion there are many scenes in HTTYD race to the edge that confirm this. This is true because we see toothless dive all the time but only when he is going to fire do we hear the sound. In addition the sound could be his echolocation that he could use before the dive then he follows the sound waves down so he always gets a perfect shot the dive bomb is just to make himself harder to hit and carry more momentum through the strike sho he can get away quickly. Just a thought tho

Has it got something to do with bending or is it a chance of fate? I would love to see this theory because you really have solved every theory that has come your way so far. Love the way you do the theories so please pleaaaaaase try to do this. YOU'RE AMAZING!!!
Hey Sean! I love questions about any of the fandoms I talk about. Off the top of my head, bending is... more complex than people think. Think of it like art. In fact, it's often compared to an art (even earth-bending, which is arguably the least creative and most formulaic). Aiwei and Toph (the only two lie-detectors we know of) simply had a very acute ability to detect heartbeats, muscle tension, and so on. It's possible that it's a matter of (a) being finely tuned enough to detect it (which requires a lot of skill), but also (b) having the ability to *interpret* what they can sense in others. Either of these things could be a natural gift or learned skill. Hard to know, but given the implication is that Toph learned it *because* of the method she learned her earthbending (something learned, not genetic), I would think it is merely a very very very rare skill that people *can* learn if they really try.

Ok so in the last episode of RTTE Johann says heathers lens can help them locate the “king of dragons” AKA the Bewilderbeast. We have seen Krogan and Drago work together before so what if The bewilderbeast they are looking for will be used for dragos dragon army in httyd. What if the very last episode of rtte if just hiccup not being able to stop Drago from taking the baby bewilderbeast ( because you said in another video Drago must have trained it from since it was a baby) this was just a random theory. So yeah :D

Music. I used to feel pretty "meh" towards all my classes, but after a while, I started to really like music. I took up the trumpet in sixth grade, because I liked listening to music, but I wasn't particularly invested in the class. However, to make a long, long story short, I kept getting put back in music classes, and eventually I started really loving music. Now I'm in college to become a music teacher, because I want to teach other people like me just how great music is.

I know you have done a lot of research. Are the Httyd dragons different from other fictitious dragon lore? I ask because all the lore I've read says the older a dragon is, the more powerful it is. Hence, an older dragon would be far more powerful than a younger one. However, you repeat that a younger dragon "in their prime" would be more powerful than an old one.
Also, do you have any other indicators about the red death's age, or where it is in its lifespan, in the movie based other than the fact it's covered in volcanic ash?
I'm not trying to pooh pooh your theory. Just saying if you lived in an environment that was full of smoke & ash, you'd look 90 instead of like a young man in his 20s. I know people who work outdoors. In the sun constantly. And though they're not old, the sun damage sustained cause them to look 30 years older than their actual age. So, environmental factors should be taken into consideration.

While I do agree the Red Death should have the edge in fire power because of the sheer volume of fire it can create, it ultimately seems like a moot point. The Red Death's eyes and open mouth seem to be the only places where a Night Fury attack would do any kind of damage, but unless the Night Fury pulls off an attack like Toothless, I don't see the damage being more than superficial. And the only reason the Red Death's fire was a threat to Toothless was because it burnt his prosthetic tail, there were no other scratches on him after falling into the exploding Red Death.
