Hi! My name is Chris and I wanted to let you know that your tutorials have been really inspirational. I had to make a portfolio for a photography class and did not know what I was going to use. Way too many pictures.!! But ,thanks to your efforts I was inspired to try something new. Major Photoshop. If you would like to see a small site I set up for the class let me know. Also, I'm working on a new project which involves a BMX biker and it is a lot of work but very fun.
Thank you so much for this tutorial! I have been using PS for years (CS4, 5, 6) and have never used this feature. Now that I know it's there, I'm certain that I will use it regularly.
keep the videos coming man, very easy to follow you step by step, love how you help us, use the shortcuts, shows the little pop up pictures for example, love the way you make your videos keep them coming man
I can't see the filter in my Photoshop CS5, and my images are 8bit RGB files. I had my graphics card replaced recently - it is a AMD Radeon 6970M 2048 mb card - could this be the reason do you know?

I don't have the lighting effects filter available and I am not using some stragne image mode just normal 8bit RGB. I still prefer and use CS5 as it works better on my older laptop.

Quit putting words in his mouth, maybe? He never said it was "god" - he said it works on 8bit RGB and he didn't know about the others. Pull the stick out of your backside.

this lighting effect is not work on my cc version please help me .correct me
