    Critical talk! One on one accountability is needed especially in leadership. Care and compassion is essential for healthy leadership, teams and discipleship. ❤😊

    Yes! Thank you for doing this. Please expand and pray for those who have experienced toxic leadership/mentorship to be free from the rejection and bitterness that is being fought against as a result of being “discipled” by them.
    I know for me, I’ve forgiven and realized I’ve learned what not to do to others. But if I’m being completely transparent, I still have moments of hurt and have to fight not to be rebound. I let down the walls, let them in and respected what they said only to get told “pick up your mat”, when I was suicidal then ghosted because I wasn’t healing fast enough. I know others have experienced this and have stepped out of the church due to it. It’s all a plan from the enemy.

    On my mother's birthday ❤ sadly she died way too young. But this here is accurate my mother was the most toxic person i ever did know. Actually, I'm pretty sure both my parents were both Narcissistic😢 those traumas came out watching one of Pastor Mike's Deliverance SERMONS. ❤❤❤❤ I HAVE BEEN PRAYING EVERDAY SINCE!! Things are really turning around for me. Thank you pastor mike and pastor Julie ❤❤❤ God is soooo Good!!!

    Thank you for sharing 🙏. It's so good about " mothering or fathering", paying attention to every person in your worship team individually ☺️🤗, spending time with them

    I don't like to be with people who swear or treat you brutally. Sometimes leaders like the way you work but yet select you among people with huge differences, not ready to help you but be brutal. Cruelty is real.😢

    I just resigned from a toxic work environment wow it is well with my soul. The leader was very narcissist creating constant fear and gossiping to everyone...I'm free ❤❤sad when you need to manipulate your subordinates

    I want to know how you guys (under the parameters of love and adoption) essentially reject/redirect people from being on the team, or addressing an issue with someone in a healthy manner. 🙏🙏💖

    It’s good content and how every father mother spiritual authority should see souls … healing within your circle in other areas as well within the church, body of Christ …. it was Holy Ghost and clarity. Keep it up.

    When you’re addressing pastoral care how do you address people who continually say they’re ok and you know they’re not. It’s so hard to get around it.

    Also,can you share practically how the worship ministry work(how you find right musicians or vocalists,how you teach them,pray with them,do you have any rules...can unbelievers play in worship?) I have a lot of questions,sorry🤦🏻‍♀️

    Love this! This is so helpful for me as a lead pastor. I will share with my worship leader. What about when everyone knows that worship leader isn’t really called to be a worship leader (can’t sing) but because a previous pastor said they were called. How do I handle that??

      Honesty always works! When you reveal that to someone I always back it with a reminder that they are a son/daughter of the king before they are anything else. If they get offended it’s cause their identity was in their voice not in the lord
      So glad this was helpful to you! ~Aaron v1 worship

    What about when someone on the worship team never gets sat down after years of public sin choices? (Posting there sinful lifestyle on social media)

    • @Jsalvelez
      @Jsalvelez 2 місяці тому

      I left my worship team and this was one of the reasons. Some people are just living their lives exactly like the world and no one in leadership is speaking to them.
