    I tried brinji today and it came out very well. Nice lovely mild taste with a lot of fragrance. I didn’t have to make any change except reducing yoghurt quantity to our taste. Awesome! Keep it up! Thanks a lot for posting! Recipe was so handy when I had all the ingredients at home. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    I left Chennai when young and forgot Tamil as it was my second language, and in those days a lot of people spoke English fluently. I visited Chennai in Dec 2018, and was surprised that no one spoke English anymore. As I watch your videos and listen to you, I’m picking up the Tamil terms and phrases, and it’s good there is some English translation, so thank you. I tried your masala vadai yesterday, and it came out great. I love South Indian food, and miss the dosas, poories and chutneys. But, I’ll try them all watching your videos.
