Glad they changed the 5 princess thing, I did casting for years for entertainment and dispatching so many princess dining locations was a huge pain, much easier if you can send whoever to each dining

It's funny you mentioned trying cooked salmon and enjoying it for the first time at Disney, because I had the same experience with the rice cream! Now I will try a rice based dessert when I go out!

Akershus was still closed when I went down to Walt Disney World this past October in 2022 for the Halloween festivities. When it reopened the next month, Snow White, Aurora, Ariel, Belle, and Jasmine were the Disney Princesses to first return to the restaurant. Glad to see before the 50th Anniversary celebrations ended, Cinderella was able to return to the restaurant as well.

As for Belle, I didn't get a chance to meet her in her ballgown when I was there. Met her in her village dress when I went to her cottage in Fantasyland over at the Magic Kingdom. I met Jasmine at the Morocco Pavilion, Aurora at the France Pavilion, and Ariel back in Fantasyland alongside Eric during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. I was in line to see Snow White at the Germany Pavilion, but the Cast Members serving as her support said she couldn't do the rest of her meet-and-greets that day, meaning her Cast Member must have taken ill from the weather. I met Cinderella alongside Tiana, Rapunzel, and Elena over at the Princess Fairytale Hall behind Cinderella Castle.
It’s equivalent is Cinderella’s Royal Table but this restaurant is definitely easier (not easy but easier) to get. It was always the better option but I’m not sure now. Fingers crossed I get CRT!

string beans are NOT string beans! just my opinion but a properly cooked string bean can be hard to find. thanks for all the footage of the princesses and the interior. It helped me a lot.
The 4 Princess Dresses which are of any LIttle Girl’s highest priority besides Anna & Elsa when going to this Princess Meal. Jasmine > Belle > Aurora > Rapunzel
It is crazy that Anna and Elsa aren’t here but I guess it makes sense cus they have their meet and greet in the same land and could possibly be seen twice. I wish Mulan was there when I went! She was always my favorite!
Most of the time, if I go to this Princess Meal, I hope that the 5 Princesses are the following. 1: Aurora 2: Jasmine 3: Snow White 4: Mulan 5: Rapunzel
Too bad the food has lost some Norwegian authenticity...I mean, corn dog nuggets?! Also don't love that the princesses are a mystery. If I can't see Mulan and Belle, I'm out!
I don't know, that just seems too pricey. Your paying as much as a hotel room for 1 meal for only 2 people. If I paid close to that much, I'd be looking closer to Cinderella's Royal Table or Chef Mickey's.
The changes to the food are just not to my taste. I too miss the Norwegian cheeses. :( This used to be a must-do for us on every trip, but I think we can safely skip it in the future.

There’s so many great choices at Epcot, we’ve never gotten around to Akurshus. Wish it was in Magic Kingdom instead!

Yeah it’s definitely very different. Still had a great time though, but yes would have LOVED to meet Mulan!

She was the best character I have ever met! She even did a small video to send to my niece who is taking her first trip soon!

It’s supposed to be 5, but like I said, our server said they no longer guarantee 5. It’s depends on who shows up lol
