Chiefs & People of Techiman Gather for an Unforgettable Durbar - You Won't Believe What Happened!

The Paramount Chief of the Techiman Traditional Area, Nana Oseadeayo Akumfi Ameyaw IV has expressed the gratitude of residents of the Bono East Region to Akufo Addo, for the creation of the region.
He was speaking at a durbar he held in honour of President Akufo-Addo, at his palace in Techiman, on the 2nd day of the President's tour of the Bono East Region.
The towns according to Nana Oseadeayo Akumfi Ameyaw IV include Techiman, Kintampo, Nkoranza, Atebubu, Amantin, Yeji, and Abease,
He noted, that the Chiefs and people of the region have always advocated for its creation, and are appreciative of the fact, that it was under the presidency of Nana Akufo-Addo, that their wishes were fulfilled.
He was grateful to the president for presenting eight new vehicles, comprising three Nissan Patrols, and 5 Pickup vehicles to the Bono East Regional Co-ordinating Council.
He bemoaned the length of the mandate for Presidents of the Republic.
