Feliz Navidad! This might be an odd question.....I find I don't prefer the fruity taste in my coffee, I prefer more of the spicy blends with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and caramel. Today we are at -10 degrees with gusty winds. 🥶 in northern Wisconsin, USA. Maybe just need the warmth and soothing flavors, specially after 4 hours outside doing chores😜 Do you find you prefer fruity favors because it is warmer by you? Love your videos! 🥰

I guess it is also related to culture, backgrounds, how we are raised and what we expect coffee to taste like.
Growing up we had lots of fruits, mango, rambutan, bananas, pineapple, papaya... i myself like mixed fruit smoothies and the complexity I guess is like a mind game for me...
I started tasting coffees like this 7 years ago too, I was curious and got used to it LoL.
