The stage and concept all being deadpool. Felix even dressed as deadpool. The performance blew up SOOOOOO much that it reach Ryan himself. Mostly because Stays were tagging him. Ryan got in touch with the leader Bangchan and they became friends. Even exchanging numbers. Sending each other things with their signed autographs on it. It was funny to see Bangchan fangirl over getting to talk to him and so on. They even did a 'zoom' together. I'm not all familiar with their relationship with Hugh but i'm sure they probably meet at an event or through Ryan himself. Seeing this come together was just so nice. All the hints leading up to this. Like a week ago, Bangchan and Felix did an interview with both of them before it was announced of the collab so that was cool. They are part of the soundtrack for the movie. It being an unreleased song called "Slash" It will be released 2 days early before the movie drops in theater. Wow, I still can't believe this is happening...... So proud of the kids!! Lets go Skz!!! Stray Kids everywhere all around the world, you make Stray Kids Stay😊
so i’m so late to this and this is gonna be a rant but for runners i think it’s about their journey! specifically felix and channie because they wrote it but i think for all of them too! like at the very beginning it says they’re looking at the city down below and they made they’re own surroundings. in the case of channie and felix they came to a whole new country because they wanted to try to be an idol. hence it also says “im just getting started yeah i know”. and then maybe the cybernetic system part is about the early days as trainees just doing everything they were told? and then becoming stray kids they kind of cracked that shell since they have a lot of freedoms especially recently with their new contracts it seems. then for the deeper and deeper part it may reflect the early days as stray kids and them trying to grow together and not slip and fall off like falling off in the public eye? as for the chorus i think it’s so cool because the first time they sing it it uses “i” but then the second time they sing it they use “we” showing how at first they were alone in it all but then as stray kids they all are doing it together and trying to show the world who they are. then in the second chorus felix literally says “hold my hand cause we’re taking off” and i think this might represent the gods menu era where they really blew up for the first time. then ofc they say how people are becoming jealous because they are rising in fame. but still it says “wobbly im on a cliff singing, dancing, grinning” maybe meaning how they still have to work hard and make sure they don’t fall off. and then it kinda just repeats but yeah that’s my take on the lyrics. ALSO i think the theme of them being “runners” in general means that even though they are so big now they will still like “run” till the finish line instead of being the type who just jog when they are so ahead? if you get what i mean haha. anyways sorry for the rant hahaha
What I love about K-pop is that you fall in love with the group and then you find that they do every genre, what's not to love. A song for every mood and occasion. Same with Enhypen, BTS etc..

After a lot of fanboying over each other online, they finally got to meet in person and finally collab. From some interview clips that are going around, it seems like Marvel didn't know that Ryan and Hugh were even shooting that.
