Khmer1Jivit still the king for me. I've been listening to him since 2010. He was the original guy who put Khmer hiphop on the map.. Although VannDa took it to another level and the introduction of English subs helped make it more popular. Khmer1Jivit is an awesome rapper but this was just a theme song. RuthKo is also a very good rapper who sings and can fluently rap in Khmer. French and English. (from KLAPYAHANDZ label. the original hiphop label) Kingchi (CG Movement) does a loy of Khmer street rap. Can be seen freestyling on the streets alot. Polarix are pretty average ever since GV LUX left the group. Mind you Juvie and Norith are also elite dancers and film makers. Okay rappers and producers but thet lack that x factor without GV LUX. Lyrically and rapping ability Khmer1Jivit and VannDa are right up ther with Ruthko next. VannDa is of course a dope producer as well so this pretty much puts him on top.
Juvie and Norith have been producing and directing music for Vannda and other Baramey artists for the longest time. Can’t wait to see them on the show.
