It's funny. Duncan was whining about the SAM intercepting nukes, failing to realize it's literally 100% interception chance on all adjacent squares while the SAM is at 100% health. You need to drop it to really low health before it even can start missing. If you want nukes to get past a SAM you need a bomber.
