I have a question. If I buy something with a chevy 350 in it and only do a cam mod will I be able to run tractor tires or 54 inch boggers? I've heard it's all about ratio and gearing but I know you need HP too will a stock 350 do just fine?
with the right gearing any motor will turn the tires but depending on how fast you want to turn them will be the deciding factor in running a stock 350
yeah Mudbogger79 is right it will get you up and going and that is the main thing just get out and start playing and having fun! Then worry about all that other stuff later as you can :)

not yet these were some clips from earlier this year
truck has been tore apart and frame and suspention has been sold or taken to the junk yard , building I new frame and suspention for it now
