- Welcome to Owning Venice, where I bring you the best of Wellen Park’s new construction homes. I'm Francisco Rios, your dedicated Gulf Coast Realtor with a Midwest work ethic. If you’re thinking of relocating to Florida’s Gulf Coast, you're in the right place. In today’s tour, I’m featuring a brand-new Sam Rodgers luxury home in Grand Place at Wellen Park. This stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom residence offers over 2,300 sq. ft. of elegant living space, including a private lanai and pool. Nestled in a gated community with minimal HOA fees, this home delivers privacy without shared amenities, making it perfect for luxury buyers. This is a very spacious home with some beautiful features! The lanai is definitely spectacular! Thank you for showing it so well!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Huge closets are a big plus here in Florida🙌 beautiful home 🏠
Yes they are!
Since homes flood in Florida it's only worth 250k and only will depreciate over time.
Not what the data and history shows! However, I might be able to find you something for $250k cash if you’re looking for a tear down. 💥🏡
@@Franciscofloridarealtor Homes depreciate in value so that tear down is probably worth 50k in 2015 so it's even less than that now. Only reason they go up in price is to support the mortgage industry artificially keeping people happy.
