On the property release, if the building you want to shoot inside of is rented, can the tenant sign the property release or must it be the owner of the property. In America, if you rent a house, the tenant grants permission on who can enter, not the owner. But, the release form isn’t really clear if the tenant has the authority to grant permission to shoot photographs.
